For me every coin looks like a scam to be trusted for five to ten years. I mean that's just the personal opinion but who knows I might be just wrong completely.

However, coins which are newly launched can be chased for profits in short time, like fir one month in two months if the ICO was successful enough. They are legit in the initial stages always because they are all new and can afford the payments for exchangers but later they might suck.

So instead of taking one name one should always go for range of coins and should make the portfolio for it.

many choices and lots of input about coins that can be invested in crypto currency in my opinion not the coins that can be for long-term investment but the strategies and ways of investing that can make the investment into a long-term investment and of course the confidence and patience is the most important capital in long term investment

for holding in long time like 5-10 year again, of course i'm prefered to Buy Bitcoin and hold them for few year, or sell them when bearish trend are over in market, and if talking about Altcoin i'm prefered to invest in Ethereum, EOS, NEO and Litecoin

I would still go with BTC, ETH and XRP. I know it's boring because they are the current top three - but they are there for a reason. I'm sure that some much lower cap coins will give more in terms of % increase, but the top three each offer a fundamentally important use, and it's difficult to see competitors dislodging them.

Did not know you have a few million aside to invest in Ripple. Sure was a good investment because they fleece noobs regularly by selling near worthless xrp to them.
