I think it's great that you will earn in the long run such a coin hold process and you must also be sure of the choice so you do not get late.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I advise you to look more closely at Etereum. He has a future. The etherium is very stable. I like Ethereum, because Ethereum is very profitable at trading and not only. Also, ICO projects are built on the Ethereum platform.

the most popular ones that come to mind first. There are things you need to learn when you log into the crypto money world. It is very important to choose the subcategory you want to invest. I think you win more if you wait.

For an AltCoin, I would recommend Cardano to HODL for the long-term (>1year).

28th Feb is the date to look out for, for CARDANO

Cardano Major Meeting on Feb 28 – Be on the Lookout
https://ethereumworldnews.com/cardano-major-meeting-feb-28-lookout/

And Stellar [XLM] is a good choice too; and has a future compared to the XRP token issued by the Ripple centralized corporation.
A lot of adoption by small businesses and small banks in developing countries in SE Asia are already going on.

===

For ICOS, check out eXchange Infinite (XinFin) [XDCE]
http://xinfin.io/

Based in Singapore, a developed country that is very friendly towards cryptos, a financial hub in South East Asia, with a stable economy, secular and democratic and societally stable, and have harsh laws against scams occurring within the country. Other successful projects from there includes QTUM, and VeChain.

XinFin already have a working product and have met their milestones thus far, and have established links with other companies and attracted investments.

I believe they will at least be as big as OmiseGo [OMG].
Right now their ICO is offering 20% bonus token.

ETH altcoin you are looking for. for two to three years ahead of these coins will be able to compete with the value of bitcoin currently, hence these coins are suitable for investment in a long period of time.

I personally recommend that you invest in some ICO projects, because the price of the ICO project is generally low, so if you invest in a good ICO project, you may get a high return(hold2-3 years).

Hey guys, I wanna hold some alts for 2-3 years. Can you advise me some? I am thinking about Bitquance, XVG, OMG, NEO....anything else?
Wow, that is a good decision.  Holding coins for a long time is a great investment.  You can try also holding ethereum. It also has a good potential just like bitcoin. For sure after 3 years it has a great value by then.  It is consider as a queen of crypto currency so it is good for long time investment.  Personally, I am holding both bitcoin and ethereum.

Neo is a good choice but not the best because the price of Neo is now much increased. There are several projects that I have invested in and currently these projects are still very cheap for long term investments: UTK, Nimfa, Socifi, Forty Seven Bank.

As i know, forty seven bank is still in ico and ofcourse the price still very low.
I think it has enough high potential to grow and make huge profit in the future.
Before late, invest in livetree also good choice since it already has product.

If you want to hold coins 2-3 years its good decision my suggestion to you CAPP, Snov, Tel. They will give good money. And it's a good idea to choose coins of exchanges. HT token is very promising. Every three months he gives dividends + often gives airdrops. It turns out a very good profit.

If there a chance you can trade it in higher value you trade it. In case after 2-3 years price will dump there's no regrets on you.

be aware investing on token or coin outside FIAT currency, Not all the projects benefit their investors. Many ICOs proved to be complete scams, not only were they not being traded at all but some projects disappeared with the money and we have not heard from them right up to this day.

i suggest Ethereum ETH, Monero XMR, Factom FCT, DASH, are all leading coins and traded the most volume daily. You should follow the coin’s chart and identify low and stable periods. Such periods are likely to be a consolidation period by the whales, and when the right time comes, accompanied by a good press release of the project. no need waiting  for 2-3 years for take a profit.  take a profit as soon as possibe on your investment.

NEO
EOS
NEBL
These are the safest ones.
absolutely must be taken. even short maturities.

Well I will vouch for NEBL I didn't know this one was really good for long term hold until I did a lot of deeply search on it recently. From now on I'll buy every dip of NEBL until I hold a bag. Goodluck to us.

you can hold neo, or other altcoin like waves, eth and ripples.
the coin I mentioned is the top altcoin. I believe, within the next 2 or 3 years, the altcoin I mentioned can be of enormous value.
