If you want to do long term invest on altcoins. I would recommend to choose coins that the price is still cheap like ADA , XLM or anything that below 1$.
We dont know if in the next year, the price will hit above 10$ ?? or even 900$ like ETH does

XFC  The best part is that you can actually get it without buying it. It is an entire online football manager game based on this coin, and it is still being developed, which gives a lot of hopes for the future. As long as you hold your coins in a longer time, you can get more profits.i really trust it , right now i choose neo ,eso there two coins for longter investment .

The altcoins I’ve been holding right now are Ethereum, Omisego and XVG and NEO. I am holding these coins for about a year now, and I am planning to hold these until the end of this year or up to next year. The potential of these coins are good and one of the most stable ones, so I believe that their prices will go skyrocketing in the future.

In my own opinion, It might reach $10k already because there are a lot of people who are investing today and with that cause there is no doubt that within 2 - 3 years the value will also greatly increase but will never reach bitcoins value.

I agree on Ethereum and NEO with above posters. If nothing extraordinary happens these two coins will be very popular in the future and their price will rise consequently. Also I would add IOTA and Cardano to the list. MIOTA and ADA have great teams of developers behind the projects and that's why most likely they will succeed.

You can look at the ripple, neo, the etherium can even be taken, suddenly shoot like bitcoin. But at the expense of 2-3 years I do not know.

Hold BTC, ETH, NEO, QTUM, XRP and REBL for the long. I hope these coins will move on, new products will come up and new coins will come too. but choosing good alt coins is important.

Hey guys, I wanna hold some alts for 2-3 years. Can you advise me some? I am thinking about Bitquance, XVG, OMG, NEO....anything else?
Well if you want to hold an altcoins for 2-3 years, i will suggest that neo and waves is one of the best altcoins right now, and the future of both neo and waves is really great, and there is no doubt that the price of it can be really high when you hold it for 2-3 years. |

There should be more projects which offer long-term investments. Because only financial pyramides can tell that you'll immediately become a millionaire after investing. It's my opinion. I invest in crypto because it's the way to invest into your future. I choose consciously in which project to invest. The best way to profit from ICO is to invest into ideas which are already turned into projects.

I try not to keep more than 6 altcoins in my portfolio . Yes on the main wallets are BTC and ETH but I don't touch them keep for 5 years

I would choose OMG. Currently, OMG coins are traded on virtually all the largest crypto-exchange exchanges, among which are all known Bitfinex and Poloniex, so buying OmiseGo coins is not difficult. However, it is not recommended to store any coins on stock exchanges, therefore, after buying OMG, it is better to transfer them to a safer place.

At my opinion only ethereum and ripple are good tokens for 2-3 years holding. Many new altcoins are just noname and also centralized that making them suspicous.

2-3 years ahead I recommend to hold some of the following points:
NEO, (Bitcoin) BTC, (Etherum) ETH and TEN look at the benefits you'll get 2 or 3 years ahead

I bet on some infrastructure projects for blockchain industry (for e.g. NEO, WAN, EOS, ETH, WAVES, NKN ...) and technologies that will allow to conduct inter blockchains operations (for e.g. COSMOS, InternetOfCoins...)

I think you can consider such coins as the ethereum and NEO because they will always be in good circulation and will be in demand, and in a couple of years their value can grow very well. You can certainly try to play with coins not from the TOP 100, but this is a risk, as lucky.
