As of the 21st CastXMR seems to be having issues with Nicehash. 20% rejected by pool. No memory errors in HWinfo and 0% Invalid Computation result. Two other miners I know confirmed this as well and they have completely different rigs and setups. I am running three six card gpu rigs two running on nicehash and the 3rd on NanoPool. All the rigs have the same setup and tune. The NanoPool rig does not experiences issues and does not report the 20% rejected by pool. The hashrate reported by the pool is accurate as well. The two rigs running on nicehash both experience a 18 to 20% rejected by pool error. This is reported on nicehash as well "Rejected(target)" nicehash also reports a lower then expected accepted average hash rate over 72 hours.

Has anyone else seen this or run into this issue with nicehash since 04/21/2019

If using Nicehash you have to specify "--Algo" now on the V7 server.

I can't seem to get that argument to work for me.

This
"cast_xmr-vega -G 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 -maxmem -S cryptonightv7.usa.nicehash.com:3363 -u XXX %*" <---- Works just fine

"cast_xmr-vega -algo 1 -G 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 -maxmem -S cryptonightv7.usa.nicehash.com:3363 -u XXX %*" Where as this does not?

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure why everyone keeps messing up theses simple commands, its not rocket surgery fellas --algo=1  Roll Eyes

Well, this miner must be optimized for Vega only, because with my RX580's the results are very disappointing compared to SRBMiner. With Cast XMR I get 695H/sec max out of my cards, with SRBMiner 730H/sec.  Huh

I'm getting about 870 H/s from my 4GB RX 570s Elpida memory and 4GB 815 H/s from my 4GB RX 470s Hynix memory. You're doing something wrong.
Sorry, maybe I should have mentioned that I am mining Sumo (CN Heavy), not XMR.

I am getting 940hs with rx570  1180 core and 2100 memory. I can go to 1000+ but power useage not worth it

I am loving CASTxmr. I changed from xmrstak.
Xmr stak could only get 7700hs
Now castxmr I get 8500hs and also at the pool it is 8900hs.
Both software have same power useage but more hashes now
My rig 3 x rx570  and 3 x vega56.

Keep up the great work

Is this miner is exclusive for Vega or it can be use in other AMD cards specially the RX 400 and 500 series.. Because the title itself indicates that "high speed XMR/CryptoNight miner for RX Vega GPUs (2 KHash/s)"

You again with these type of questions eh? If it wasn't so obvious that you're trying to just increase your post count then people would probably accept you in the bounties you apply for. I suggest you learn more about the English language and how to think critically.

Anyway the answer to your question is clearly posted on the first page of this topic:

Will an 8gb card get a higher hashrate than a 4gb card?  I ask because I’ve got several RX 480’s, some 4gb and some 8gb, same settings with Samsung memory, and the 8 gig cards are doing 900-950 mh/s while the 4 gig versions are only doing 700-750.

My 4GB 580's hash 1k and my 8GB hash 880h/k so it comes down to memory timings, bios settings and mostly silicon

darn, making almost 11€ a day with 4 Vega 64 and 16€+ a day with 6 Vega 56 (unmodded) using Awesome Miner to mine on Nicehash pool and CryptonightV7.  Shocked Shocked Vega are ruling again like in the old times!
....

I am mining haven, Cryptonight heavy, on haven.miner.rocks pool (very reliable and fair HS rates) 0.9% fees
mining directly to integrate address on TradeOgre, exchange the Haven for BTC/LTC for pennies and then sending them to Kraken to get the Euros.
Cost of the whole transaction about 1 euro.
Definitively few euros less than dealing with Nicehash 4% fee and then Coinbase 2.99 fixed rate for euros/dollars transactions.
......

If you are into HAVEN, you may want to read this:   https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@cryptomedication/bravadogroup-and-several-other-major-crypto-influencers-caught-planning-massive-pump-and-dump-schemes

Seems like it's worse than imaginable
I have red it the last night.
It happens all the times with penny stocks and sometime with large cap stocks a swell.
It is just the way it is.

I mine it until is the most profitable, then I move to something else.

Take care!

i have an error with sumokoin, i've already set --algo=2 but it's not working with sumokoin.hashvault.pro, somebody else?

940hs with CryptoNight Heavy? I had these kind of hashrates with normal CryptoNight, but I really can't imagine you got these kind of hashrates with CN Heavy.

Heavy reaches 1100-1150 on 8gb RX580 cards (yup increased over v7 hashrate).  On 4gb you hit VRAM bottleneck so hashes around 750-800

I didn't get you?  if you're asking for core/mem settings then those would be in range of 1200-1266 Mhz and memory varies from 2000-2250 (depending on timing mods and vendor of the VRAM)

eg.  All of my RX580 (Elpidas) do 800 H/s @ 1250/2020 clocks on Cryptonight-Heavy and 1025 H/s on Cryptonight v7

Hello! Please help, after 200-300 accepted shares, the cast-xmr says it: Rejected by the Pool: Unauthorized, or sometimes IP banned. This happens only with the cast-xmr vega. I tried it several pools. The other mining softwares works fine (like xmrig or xmr-stak) but lower speed. I use 5 x vega64.

The new version has a problem when the miner hangs and stops hashing, it has been before but not so often
