Btcguild used to run an ixcoin pool before merge mining. when they shut it down they gave miners a week to withdraw the funds. after that they deleted the wallets. i'm sure there were a lot of coins in there then.

The chart is over a month period. It didn't fall 70% in any single week. It has been a near continual slide for the past month (more like two months).     Even today it is down 15% or so against the Bitcoin despite Bitcoin rallying.  Pretty much if someone bought at any point in the last month based on your "correlated to Bitcoin" nonsense they lost money.

IxCoin ought to do pretty well too, no japanese name but like bitcoin it is less coins per block over time, but unlike IXCoin it will keep making a few coins a block for a long time yet.

I doubt individual merchants are all that important to any coin, as presumably most merchants will use payment processing services and thus not care what the heck that service chooses to accept since the merchant still gets whatever type of currency the merchant wants.

So basically any coin can get lots of merchants any time simply by getting added to the growing list of currencies some payments processor supports.

Come on.  What's a fair bounty to update the ixCoin wallet.  Encryption is a must and it's probably the only wallet with no encryption.  Strange - even my ShitCoin has encryption.  Lol.

For what its worth: I submitted a feature request to cex.io requesting GHS/IXC feature, just as they did a while back with GHS/NMC.

They are really cheap. In one year what you have done to foster the project will be reflected on the value of your ixcoins. That is the best reward.

But it's been less than 2 moths and it's down closer to 80% and it was down back then around 80% so DGC is now down some 95% since Bitcoin started its run 6 months ago yet nobody at DGC seems to understand.
