I am starting trading some month ago.Bought some alta coin but now all alta coin are down and i donot understad what can i do?I get a big lose if i sell this.So how control my mind ?  everyday increase and decrease alt coin prices.so tell you need waiting for increase her price. if you want to trade first you find good coin that perfect for long run. Altcoins price usually may dump and pump a normal situation happen in daily trading. To control emotions dont panic as most advice it will bring you down everytime you will see the market as a red zone. Eventually price will recover as today somehow were seeing a green zone. Hope this will continue and uplift yourself you may get profit. |

I am starting trading some month ago.Bought some alta coin but now all alta coin are down and i donot understad what can i do?I get a big lose if i sell this.So how control my mind ? Trading altcoin is quite difficult because the price of altcoin is very easy to move makes us can not be sure to gain profit. I've also experienced it before, one of the best ways is to take the decision as soon as possible. I will sell the coin when I have seen there is a profit margin. So if I was in your position then I would hold holding because I'd better lose than to let go of a chance to make a profit. |

To control your emotions you need strong trading knowledge. Your knowledge of trading is based on what you should do when the altcoins you have fallen. So I think you have no knowledge yet because you do not know what to do. So what you should do is to study altcoins better. Learn each of its content to control your emotions and earn in trading money. |

you should stay calm and see further market movements and volume numbers look at the charts that are there, if indeed the coin you hold has the potential, to go back up is still a lighter and wait until the price back to normal, if you think the coins you buy do not have the potential to go back up and more towards a decrease better sell it so that not many losses you will experience, after that you wait until the price is really low and buy it back at a low price, then hold it

You can’t be a good trader without the experienced of losing. It is one of the risked that most of us faces everyday. So the first and foremost attitude you need to improve is patience. Emotions are only a results of inexperience and lack of knowledge of the coins you traded, it can be change by learning more about it. Take your time they’re is no easy way but quitting is not the best options. |

Cutting loses is last decision, before he really do that he should check what is happening with alts he invested in, there must me a reason why certain alt is going down. Downtrend is what many alts experience right now, maybe all of them, that is because people invest in new bitcoins and icos, old alts are falling and barely staying stable. As long as money going out from alts price will go down, but I don't expect that trend to last for a long, maybe not this year but next year spring for alts will come and prices will go up again, prices of some alts! |

In trading an altcoin, a price down of a coin is not already a loss unless you sold it when the price is still below your price of purchase. In trading you have to always set your mind that there are times that a coin will dump. Trading your coins for a long term profit is the best solution to control your emotions. Dont rely on a day by day price basis. |

First of all you must accept the fact that losses happen to everyone and not just you. But the mistake that yo have done needs to be learnt and not done again. The altcoins are all currently down because of people selling them and buying bitcoin. If you get emotional seeing this then I suggest you to not trade for a few days and come back after the fork happens. After the fork people will be back to trading altcoins again and the price will be up soon. Rise and fall are common in any trade and you have to cope with that. |

there are a few ways I guess, you need to go back and examine the trend of your particular coin.
if the trend is for a constant rise in value well then you can hodl for the price to rise again.
this could be tomorrow but it could also be next week or two weeks.
if you do your research and the price is trending to rise at some stage then it is ok.
if you buy at the top of the price and the trend is for a fall then you can wait for the bottom price and buy more.
when that happens you now have averaged you cost price which is lower than you bought at the top price.
just keep calm and do your research!

Yap their is nor instant profit for any investing. Op should just wait for the right time to sell his coins, or even convert it to other altcoins. It is not easy because how i convert is i turn it to eth then i use that eth to buy other altcoin. I do this instantly for the price not to change a bit. Because not all altcoin are really that attractive and sometimes the owners are the ones mining it and selling it in the market. |

You stop panicking, looking at the price and come back in a few weeks/months or even years. Staring at the market graphs daily will drive you insane, unless you are an experienced or maybe day trader and understand how to control your emotion then there is no point constantly checking the prices. Play long term, it is better for return on investment. This alt downtrend is nothing compared to the last few years, you'll get used to it eventually.

you have to remember that with trading, as it is for life, that you can't always win. You win some, you lose some - that's life. And it's evident everywhere, either you're talking about finance, love or carreer development (and thank god it is that way!), just imagine that everything would go your way! What a boring life that would be! The best thing you can do if you get upset, or if you can't control your emotions is to lower your commitment to a specific thing, for example: I assume you've made a loss and are quite upset - you're probably upset because you've invested money that is probably of a significant amount to you - if you would have invested a less significant amount, which wouldn't change much your overal financial "health", then you wouldn't be that upset. So make sure to invest only what you can afford to lose, and you'll be able to feel and sleep better!

You should understand the whole thing first. You must know why all the altcoins are down at the movement and what will cause them to go up. If you know things like that then you will never get emotional or Panick about your investment. Just get to know that all the altcoins are down because people have reinvested the money into bitcoin to get those free bitcoin. Once they are done with it (which they already) they will start putting back all the money into altcoin which are already down for them and a good opportunity to invest their money. This will again pump the coins and will lead to profits for you. So hope that you see it as good opportunity and not the loss really. |
