Im now in trauma  . What I do is to leave trading for awhile and go out for gigs .Best way to chill your mind and heart attack

Control your temper my friend , Usually this is the reaction of beginners but as you go through you will learn a lot of things about trading, It is important to be patience because patience is a virtue, We all know the characteristics of alt-coins sometimes it goes up and sometimes it goes down. but remember based on your statement, the value of your alt coins drown down, Then wait for the moment it recovers because i am surely believe it will pumps up to the nearest days to come, So much better if you calm down:)

I guess experiencing a loss is normal and every trader had gone that. Just keep in your mind that before you can earn more you should learn first, it's a part of the learning process. And when you already feel down, think and remember your main goal, focus on. And don't dwell on your loss, check and try to see another altcoin.

not because alta is down,means it is down forever sometimes we just need to control our temper,always mindset that price here in crypto wasnt permanent .the only matter is when will the coins climb up.thats the time u need to wait

Coming back to your subject how to control your emotion, you need to work on yourself and have a mind of an investor which is risk taker. Nothing is constant as change the alta coin is low today, increment can occur at any period in time

what do you mean low? alts are showing big jumped right now and while btc are to keep 7k$ mark alts are partying lucky for those who able to invest while the value really move down and that's what is good inside trading knowing when to hold and when to sell you can control your emotion by allowing yourself to understand the system, it will just repeat itself so never give up and sell when you are still at loss.

Set aside your emotions when you trade your holdings, never be affected with whatever may happen during trades, if its low then let it be and don't ever panic. Stay focus on your goals for what you have now it doesn't mean it turns our to nothing, but I am confident that if we are brave enough to control our weaker points of our emotions; that would be the advantages. No rules or any reading can help you have that control, but you and yourself alone can do that. Always stay calm and wait for your coin price value to triple its price then sell if you hit the target soon.

It won't be easy to control my emotions but I have to control it. I will be patient and believe that the price might pick up again. Instead of worrying about the lose I will think how to gain profit. This is a simple way to control my emotion.

Exactly controlling emotions are very important in every sort of business and trading. Business and trading can be done only with big heart and patience. Patience helps in growing bigger and earning more money. Do not think of loss, focus on you investment and continue your hard work because your hard work and patience will bring you success ultimately. Believe in your efforts.

That is always be my principle on how i do control my emotion especially when you are in big disappointing moment.
Take a break for a while , cooling down until you have got a fresh air and then continue with a positive energy.

Its easy to say that mate but in reality while into the current situation, you maybe shaking your feet upon seing the price fall down. That statements is right and while into learning process you must do it all alone so that you will become a good hodler, as you applied your patience over it. Don't ever let emotions control over you, because you have your own decision; most importantly trust your instict.

I know that , always easy said than done , but when you really did not do it you will never know , so just give a shot on it.
Instinc won't be my first consideration , if you do trading with a way like that i am sure you won't survive for long time enough.

Emotional control is a must with trading as well with gambling, because even a small mistake we do will end up in a big failure or losing. To avoid such unwanted loss its good to have control and importantly should have the patience to wait for the opportunity to sell rather than just selling on panic or without proper analyzing of the variation happening with time.
