I am starting trading some month ago.Bought some alta coin but now all alta coin are down and i donot understad what can i do?I get a big lose if i sell this.So how control my mind ?

Accept the consequence that investing has many risks. Especially when it comes to its return. May be you need more time to do some meditation. Dont overthink about that.mthere are many things to be happy

And it's not the end of the world yet. Majority of alts are currently down right now because of bitcoin's bullish run. If you've bought some decent coins there i think you just have to wait. Don't panic and just hold on to those coins as they eventually will recover

haha me too i can't control my emotion and stay calm if the price is down  or up so usually i sell or buy it too early that makes me regret at the end, i think the best method to control your emotions is try to let it go, haha its a hard part for you to let it go your money and receive a big loss

That what happens in trading is part of game,its been month so does price between has rise or not ,or its just been degrading.If its degrading continuously there is no hope better to sell at whatever price you get but maybe it can go beyond the price you sold if in month there has been little rise but most probably its going to degrading so better sell them and get whatever you can get.

I think when someone get extras profit so that time it’s very hard to control emotion and three months before when I sold my bitcoins so at that time I was expecting less profit and then when I got a profit so that was very big and believe me that time I was out of control and that’s was very hard to control my emotion so I will invite everyone to join bitcoin as soon as possible because you can change your life in a short time.

I totally do not know on how would you control your emotions that is yourself not mine so the only one who can tell you how to control it is you. You just need to have a lot of self discipline and patience because in this business not everyday it is christmas there are some time that you will encounter some bad day loss of money and a lot more but despite of all of it we beed to be strong and think positive to lessen the bad vides and wrong decisions.

i know it is hard but if u want to get hurt less , forget emotions and feeling , trust on no one analysis , do it by urself!
