If you're really having a hard time of calming your anger maybe you should ask for help in an anger management institution. But for me, when Im in a rage of anger, I sit down, lie down or drink a water or you may as well get a bath. Its incredible but simple and yet very effective.

Look at the mirror.
It's a fact that we humans don't want to see ourselves in a anguished way.
That's why some front desks have a huge mirror by the back for this very reason.

True. I also look at the mirror and somehow end up laughing/smiling it off. If that doesn't work, I go for a cigarette break.

Like others have said, I remove myself from the situation but I also have a 10 minute rule.  If I find myself angry for more than 10 minutes I just stop, change channels and start over.  It takes awhile to master this, but it works for me.

handling the anger is so hard to do,
sometimes if i explode, then there will be a victim, LOL

but we still can calm down our anger, take a deep breath,
think about something / anyone can make you happy
as far as time goes by, you can calm down easily,
sometimes we are explode because we're still young

In order not to cause a feeling of anger, it's better not to create such situations or provoke people who are insane. But if this happened, the best way to focus on the positive. For example, remember something good to recall a funny anecdote to listen to a cheerful music. And the stress is well removed by our pets

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

I write. I write down everything that is going in my mind. I jot everything feeling, emotion, words whatever is in my mind. It magically calms down my mind.

It depends on the situation normally i would walk away but when i am confronted and there is no way to storm out I breathe and count to 10 and each number i would think of what i would say.

when i get angry i muffle it by abandoning it and trying to find a new atmosphere.
that's what I often do to dampen my anger when I'm angry.
