It is difficult for me to fight with anger, I often splash it out to the surface, but when a person who causes anger is dear to me, I still hold back. The best way to overcome anger, stop in time, or give yourself a crack. Or go to the gym and work out well there with iron, negative energy comes out very well.

I force myself to remember that anger as such doesn't achieve anything good. Then I focus on turning my anger into determinated resolve. Of course I forgive anybody who drove me to the anger in the first place, because being angry at someone doesn't accomplish anything without logical, determinated resolve. So, forgive him, and resolve to be better, and to put yourself into a position where you can't be hurt.

When I was angry, for me, only one thing was the most effective in being able to calm anger, that is to draw closer to God by worshiping and asking for prayers so that our hearts are calmed down in the face of any problems.

but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

I go into a place where I am alone, away too far from many people and I do shouting out very loud because for me shouting my anger makes me calm just like an output to lessen the burden of getting angry inside of me. I do also go to gym for a sparring in boxing to release the emotion I have been into. But most of the time, the most convenient way I am doing is to play role games and exerted my anger to the enemy minions and heroes I have get into. I also do play online casino to calm down myself because getting into this makes me entertained and distracted that I am no longer angry because I have fun playing into this online casino due to the lots of game varieties and great bonus for doing your first deposit.

wow so many answers. I son't know if you see mine but still I will share my experience.
What makes me handle my anger is thinking about how this anger makes me more stupid and easy to manipulate. You don't want to be manipulated and controlled by situations and people, right? So this way of thinking makes me calm down.

And also I think of all the kind people I know, and one of the things I admire the most in them is that they don't let these negativity determine what kind of person they are.

This is a bery tough question that can't answer directly because we all know how hard to handle anger specially when time that we are really being downed or being degraded by others ,in this i become almost a lion that wanna grab my opponents neck for a kill lol

But when i find God in my heart,i am now capable of handling my emotions,whenever things happens what i do is just whisper Gods name in my mind and then all of the anger slowly gone

How I make myself calm down when angry?
I punch my pillows several times! punch it punch it... until I realize I look like a crazy guy, then after that I will come back to my sense like nothing
I don't think playing casino will guarantee your calmness, it's 50/50, you will get angrier when you lose or you will be happy when you win and become calm XD
