We all seem to be in agreement of incorporating it into a mining company, so why are people being moved to Jupiters? They'd still get those hashes when the Jupiters are incorporated into the company, but they'd just have to wait even longer to have a stake because they're on one of the last machines.

Basically, if the people on Saturn 11 stay there, they'll be getting ~2.5Gh/s per share once the 11th Saturn comes in, then ~2.7Gh/s (or whatever the total value with the Jupiter included) once the Jupiter arrives.
If they move to the Jupiters, they'll get nothing until the Jupiter comes in, then ~2.7Gh/s afterwards.

tldr people moving to Jupiters are losing out if this is to become a mining company.

I thought that the units were ordered once the btc was available to pay for them, which would mean that the Jupiter would arrive before the last Saturn since people are moving from the Saturn to the Jupiter

Well let's say machine #1-3 comes first but the others haven't only people who paid for those shares are getting profit.

If we have 10 Saturns and 10 Jupiter then payouts would still be based on the hash rate which is 2.56 GH/s for Saturn and 2.80 GH/s for Jupiter NOT total X share of Total X Share

or we can do something like weighted share where 2.56 gh/s = 1 share and 2.8Gh/s would = 1.1 Share (this is just an example)

Hmm now I´m confused.. Can you please update the list of Saturn 11 now as well when some have changed from Saturn to Jupiter. Easier to follow then. Thanks!  Smiley

11th KnC Saturn:

Xeen - 1 BTC - 2 Shares
pickymeek - .5 BTC - 1 Share

annoEleni - $400 PP - 8 Shares - FB

annoJBerglund - $100 PP - 2 Shares
wolfskill - 1 BTC - 2 Shares
EsDva - 4 BTC - 8 Shares
mightycount $500 PP - 10 Shares
Bamdad - .55 BTC - 1 Share

Total:
 64 / 78 Shares

can we please finish this up guys!

Also since BTC prices are going down please send BTC accordingly ... I think I need to raise it up to .6 BTC per share now paypal would be good just $50 a share.

Oh yeah... I didn't think of that. More likely than not, the Jupiter will come in earlier, since everyone's switching over. And that's good for all of us, because we get the Jupiter in the pool even sooner!

Wait... say we have 10 Saturns, at 200GH/s each, and 1 Jupiter, at 400GH/s each, totaling 2400GH/s. A total of 923 shares (78*10+143) have been issued to buy those. That equates to almost exactly 2.6GH/s per share. Doesn't that mean every shareholder gets 2.6GH/s, regardless of which machine they "bought", and the only meaning of who bought what first is in what order they get their shares?

I think that's the most straightforward way, and anything else could negate the point of a mining company since all shares would not be equal. I might be biased though, since I'm in for Saturn shares.

Delivery times.

11 Saturns have been ordered and one Jupiter. If I invest in the Saturn then no matter what happens I will not start mining until all 11 have been delivered. On the other hand, by investing in the Jupiter I will start mining the moment the first Jupiter is delivered. This might not be until all 11 (or even more) Saturns have been delivered but there is a chance that it will be sooner than the 11th Saturn. This will all depend upon KnC's manufacturing priorities.

As with any gamble, there is also the chance that it wont be delivered until after the 20th Saturn has arrived but that is why it is a gamble.

I believe 10 Saturn have been ordered, 1 needs to fill up with BTC. That one Jupiter also is not fully paid for...

According to the status the 11th Saturn and the 1st Jupiter have both been ordered.

They haven't been paid for yet, but they have been ordered.
