As for btc refund I already converted into USD at the time it was sent Ok, let's take that comment apart.. https://blockchain.info/address/1EDWX41YdanWd7Xe59kGRSN7BFf86BWCcL - until 7 days ago, had BTC296.65886997 in it, would you care to explain why you would need to send out 6 x BTC38.8xx and 1 x BTC69.2 to different numbers. One would think if the funds were being used to pay for ELEVEN devices, there's either be 1 large payment to one BTC address, or 11 individual ones again to a singular address, or at the very worst, 11 (or 5 + 1) to different numbers, for exactly the same amounts (besides the Jupiter), aside for the fact the initial post claims the Saturns were paid for between the 12 and 26th of June, and the Jupiter on July 7th anyways. Looking at the individual transactions, after the first step, they appear to then go to BIG BTC accounts, of the 50K + transaction range, so could easily be to KNC, but there's no way I have, of confirming that. Could it be more likely that he's held onto the BTC from when the $ rate was $85/1BTC and got burned when it's risen to $123 as it ended on the 20th, and he's been ponzying in the hope to get enough funds to pay for the devices? Ragingazn - making the leap of (huge at this stage) faith that you're not just a scammer who's done at least two groups (with this user name) out of the region of 425 BTC and 816 BTC respectively, what guarantees can you give, that even if the devices go online ( I personally would like to see an order tracking number to enter into the KNC website order tracking system - I know JohnK has posted something, but I've still got the right to be paranoid IMO to see when [if] things were paid for), that any of us are going to see any of the resulting earnings, are payments made manually by yourself every 2 weeks, or something a little more professional akin to the system the likes of Eclipse Mining use ?

Hey guys. As promised I am posting now. If you want a refund via PayPal you have to open up a resolution case because I cannot return without doing so and it is much faster anyway. As for btc refund I already converted into USD at the time it was sent... So if you sent at $80 or like .6 or .7 btc its been already converted into USD. I would have to buy btc at $120 and lose money for refund and so I won't have enough to refund all... If you want refund in USD PayPal I would be more than happy to do so. Again please keep in mind that I'm not here to take anyone's money and run. I've refunded over 500 btc from both Avalon chips group buy in total when they were $150 per btc...
So people without a PP account can not get a refund? Please explain!

Please could you PM me if you are willing to do this, although I am trying my best to reserve my judgement at the moment and will take back anything I've said previous if you do indeed process the refund.

@ ragingazn628: OK, since your PayPal account is currently limited I think it's not feasible to refund people through Paypal. It will put the receiving persons at risk to come under investigation by Paypal as well.
Proposal: You refund the USD value of each share at the current BTC/USD price. In my case, I bought a total of 7 shares from Saturn #9 and 1 share from Jupiter #2. You figure out what the USD value of 1 share was, buy some BTC and refund people.
I think it's sensible to get a refund from KnC as well.
Hope we can work something out this way...

Hey, I just got a PM from someone, and he has a good point.
It said this: Raginazn gave his login info to John right after the payments were sent from the address (maybe paying the orders).
That would explain why the orders showed up as paid, but it would also make us almost LAST in the shipping queue...

In that case we're royally screwed, and I say that as somebody with only 1.1 BTC invested in this. We still have time to cancel, which means that we (or rather raginazn) should do it ASAP.

I also would like to know the order dates. John K., could you please log again into the OP account and see if the orders were really made when OP said?
Best regards, ilpirata79

Why would he need to log into the account again? Before you grab the torches and make up your theories, how about you just check the post John K. made before: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=233624.msg2972994#msg2972994You can clearly already see the order dates there. All ordered over 2 months ago.

Yes, that's the day he made the order. Not the day he paid... He made the ORDERS before the group buys even finished, IIRC.

KNCMiner lookeromissing! News: https://www.kncminer.com/newsRaging, I think this GB should recover is transparency. To do so you should: 1) finish the google docs spreadsheet 2) update every bought shares 3) complete the spreadsheet with all the refunds 4) add "shipping days" to every selling (if available by now) 5) whats the status of that company you were talking about? One solution to the refunds gaps on every selling is to include the people waiting for jupiter2, if they agree of course. This is first on my list to do thanks. So far prodigits7 and I are just doing damage control etc Yes due to life changing events I did cause trouble and distress but so far I have done nothing wrong. So what would you guys like me to do? There's no btc left. Everything is in USD. If you sent .7btc at the time it was worth $50, I can only send you $50 because I have no other funds. I don't even have enough in the bank to cover increased value of bitcoin. We need to fix this before btc skyrockets to $500. Then I will be screwed. But for now if you want refund in btc I think the best case is for me to owe you btc until I can mine with asic machines...
