Life is a journey we must go through. Although sometimes we feel lazy and heavy to step foot, but we must still force ourselves so we keep moving.

It's indeed a good idea to be cautious especially since I saw real people stuck in prisons abroad for stuff they didn't do.. I think it was shown on National Geographic.. I am hoping to travel around Asia once  I get all my financials sorted out though.

Travelling always gives me a since of fullfillment because I travel to the places I always wanted. Travelling is always a part of our lives. Every day we travel from nearest to farthest distance. However, travelling with a purpose is different by just travelling. In travelling, you will be able to find new places, discover the places, make new friends and leaving a foortprint of love and memories. Travel while you still can and while you have resources. It is worthy to travel.

I'm always one to attack absolute statements about the correct way to live, and this one that I will indeed attack! I think that making a claim like "to travel is to live" is to suggest that people who cannot afford to travel don't live, which just isn't true. People find real meaning within their own communities. similar to how you derive meaning from travel. There are different ways to experience life and find meaning, and travelling is merely one of them.

Also, if "to travel is to live" then pretty much nobody except travelling merchants and the wealthy every truly "lived" before 1930, which is quite the claim to make.

Totally agree, I´ve traveled a lot, lived in several countries and be away from my home for too many time. Now, when I visit my family and friends I can see how happy they are in their houses, with their peaceful lives, and me? All this trip ... I loved it, I really enjoy my live, but I don´t think I´m better than them, or have more experience in life at all. Ok, i´ve seen many places, and lived in different cultures, so what? It doesn't make me more intelligent, or happier than some of my friends which are still in my little village enjoying mountains, learning about how beautiful spring can be every year. They can tell you when is going to rain or what mushroom to eat... I know nothing

Ever since I was in college I would travel. I love go on adventures since my parents often travel and bring me with them. I've been to Africa, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Bhutan, Italy, Paris, and America. I never felt harassed or discriminated during ym travels. Every time I land on new soil, I feel like the difference in races is just an illusion. People are kind.

I really envy those of you who travel a lot, and I still strive to make money in my daily life.

maybe you're right i hope one day i can be just like you. i want to travel, i have money but i just dont have the courage to go travel by myself. i know the feeling to go to other places is amazing and its a good experience for your heart and your soul. going to other places and experiencing things you didnt experience yet is so damn amazing. i do hope i can do it sooner than i expect wish me luck hehehe
