Anyone know how to fix this error? I tried uninstalling, reinstalling the wallet, but still get this error. Can't get the wallet to open..
Thanks in advance
Not sure what's causing it, but did you also try going into the Roaming folder, finding the Megacoin folder, and deleting everything in it (except the wallet)? And then reinstalling again.

Jd If you call megacoin "bitcoin with scrypt" you have just described litecoin. Idiot.
Go look at the change logs for both litecoin and bitcoin versions and get back to me. Why do they have different change logs and features? Oh because they aren't the same coin. Of course I already explained this in the post I made that you keep censored off your site. Do you really wanna have a pissing contest over small snippets of code, when they share 99% of the same code? Regardless...calling it a Litecoin clone, when no other Scrypt PoW coin is further from being a Litecoin clone, is simply an invalid statement. There's a reason you sensor every post on your "blog" -- you just make baseless claims. Argue about it all day long but it just makes you look like an even bigger douche -- calling it a "Bitcoin clone" would actually be more accurate (although still false for obvious reasons.) Regardless, even if it were a clone (which it isn't) who gives a crap? By continuing to debate this point you're just devaluing everything else you say. You need to learn how to man up and admit you were wrong on this point at least to maintain at least a shred of dignity. Opinions are one thing...but if you're going to continue to yammer on, it would be great if you actually took the time to understand what facts are and not argue against them. Take a hike, bozo.

Keep pretending like you know anything about coin creation... It's really cute, if not a bit pathetic. A clone is a clone is a clone. You are arguing semantics as to what it's a clone of. It doesn't really matter. MEC does absolutely nothing that's anywhere close to innovative. If you want to talk innovation, I'll point you over to PPCoin/Primecoin. Of course, you don't care about any of that. You just want to push this shit down everyone's throat because you have a large stake in it. I honestly feel sorry for you.

Why would a rebuttal be required? You think you're about 5 times smarter than you actually are...and you run a blog that nobody reads out of your parents' basement. You're simply a jackass, everybody but you already agrees, and you're a lost cause -- why would I try to convince you of anything? Stick to making your garbage coins that you hold yourself in such high regard over making and enjoy being poor for the rest of your life. At the end of the day you're just a lonely asshole looking for attention and this is the last bit of attention you'll get from me.

First thing I did after my last post. When he posts blatantly false information over and over it's difficult to resist correcting him -- you want to make sure people doing research have actual facts to review. Unfortunately, this guy is such a headcase that he'll resort to arguing against simple, verifiable facts...derailing the thread and just further confusing people. This is likely part of the reason he does it...in addition to being a sore loser with nothing better to do with his time. Responding to his posts is exactly what he wants -- it makes him feel alive when other humans acknowledge he exists...regardless of the context. By ignoring him, I don't have to be tempted to respond. I like to think his last post said, "Hey guys! I apologize for all of this nonsense. I forgot to take my meds!" Who knows? Maybe one day he'll actually contribute positively to society...

I think the responses are more out of pity than anything else. He is obviously desperate for attention, so it's sort of like humoring the local drunk. You must admit, with a name like Hazard, and being as clueless as he is, it's pretty great comic relief. Kimoto Hazard

Rest in peace, Hazard. By the time I send this, Kimoto may very well have again deleted your garbage from the topic. So instead of quoting anything you've said, I'll instead just tip my hat to the great leader and true comedian you really are.

I think the MegaDice script is a bit bugged.
I tested it with an 8MEC bet, and it didn't even show in the bet chart.
