which altcoin is more profitable than luxcoin ?
i trying to say that pools very unstable and in this reason even zec more profitable Which are those unstable pools? I am mining this coin since 2 months ago and pools usually go fine. You maybe want to people stop mining luxcoin. The diff have increased alot so would not be supprised For me yimp is working fine (or should i say it doesnt to put off miners? hehe). And i both bought and are mining LUX. Got 30% of my portfolio in it actualy, as i think it is one of the most undervalued ones at the moment.

Is it syncing currently or just stuck at "11 weeks behind" status? Yes, stuck at "11 weeks behind" Delete everything from %appdata%/Lux directory except wallet.dat, download latest bootstrap https://bootstrap.luxcore.io/bootstrap.zip and unzip it to /Lux, run your 3.0.4 wallet I first downloaded the Linux binary lux-qt, and it had this error: ./lux-qt: error while loading shared libraries: libminiupnpc.so.8 So I ran "locate miniupnpc" and found it here "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libminiupnpc.so.10" which is a newer version so I downloaded the lux source to try that. I built the Lux wallet from source on Ubuntu 16.04.03 64bit lux-qt version v4.0.0.0-587beac I'm stuck at 12 weeks behind, I copied the bootstrap.dat file listed above to my .lux folder. It started and said something about "importing from disk" for only a second or two, then went to syncing with network 12 weeks behind. End of output of debug log: 2018-01-10 04:02:35 WARNING: ProcessBlock(): check proof-of-stake failed for block c8164aaa60c6d6a6b5188332b264a3fd56f930aa3814202c6ed7855a72738ee7 2018-01-10 04:02:35 ERROR: ProcessNewBlock : AcceptBlock FAILED 2018-01-10 04:02:35 receive version message: /Luxcoin:3.0.0/: version 69200, blocks=140432, us=99.45.189.159:40638, peer=1 2018-01-10 04:02:35 Added time data, samples 2, offset +0 (+0 minutes) 2018-01-10 04:02:38 receive version message: /Luxcoin:3.0.0/: version 69200, blocks=140432, us=99.45.189.159:32972, peer=3 2018-01-10 04:02:38 Added time data, samples 3, offset +0 (+0 minutes) 2018-01-10 04:02:40 Loaded 1154 blocks from external file in 6635ms 2018-01-10 04:03:05 CheckStakeKernelHash() : using modifier 0x8f12b34a616b9647 at height=1154 timestamp=2017-10-12 06:20:02 for block from timestamp=2017-10-10 18:17:23 2018-01-10 04:03:05 CheckStakeKernelHash() : check modifier=0x8f12b34a616b9647 nTimeBlockFrom=1507659443 nTimeTxPrev=1507659443 nPrevout=0 nTimeTx=1507789328 hashProof=a1d4bc57342665a93050b62410129239a61f3d49f46562364db29b16aff0be69 2018-01-10 04:03:05 ERROR: CheckProofOfStake() : INFO: check kernel failed on coinstake 9e4227f2728dcf4e68ff9e76cc0f541e6f807ef58b17f218d5dc13dc37d19d10, hashProof=a1d4bc57342665a93050b62410129239a61f3d49f46562364db29b16aff0be69

yiimp, altminer, bsod, is this enough? if you will just make a check and see how many lux you get for 24 hours and convert it to BTC then for example make a 24H check with **K and see how many BTC you get you will be surprise and cry because since 2 month you mining lux instead of mining **k and just buy lux this way you will get twice more coins but whattomine will show you that you will get a lot more with mining lux and i don't care will people mine this or not i just asking why there is no "Release stable pool for mining" in lux road map

Most likely sp-mod is still faster, but not free. Our target was to make the gap smaller between free and paid miners as not everyone can afford a paid miner. - snip - Thank you, il try to test it and get back with the results A 8% increase would be a really nice boost just to switch program. You should see some increase for sure. I say it's better than nothing, especially if it costs you nothing. Regards.

just tested. yes it faster than ccminer 2.2.4 and slower than SP-MOD. in the middle of them. not bad anyway.

You can have a stake per day with 1000 Lux in wallet, do your count for weekly stake Who created that binary? Well I just installed the windows wallet in a windows 10 vm on the same pc and it seems to be syncing fine. Sometimes it's really nice having dual Xeon's and lots of ram as my main pc. Its offical pre-build from the team with fixed bug when wallet cant sync after compiling on linux. Anyway glad your wallet syncing now, keep in mind that new wallet release planned at 15th Jan https://luxcore.io/roadmap
