Hi,
I am mining lux. So far I got just 6 Lux coins and I started staking. But when I mouse over the incon it says that my weight is 1 and that I will get a reward in 496 days?!?!
so it means I will get some money from staking in more than 1 year and half? or what? I am not sure how it works.

What you see in the wallet is an estimate. You could stake a block within an hour, or it could take 10 years. One thing to note, as you get new coins (from mining or however else), it takes 36 hours for the coins to be "mature" (i.e. stakable). So that will help your weight. Your estimate will likely drop as more coins in your wallet become mature.

the fact that there are so few masternodes makes this a somewhat centralized token
Have the team considered lowering the amout of lux to own a masternode to prevent this? thanks

I've been mining for about 8 days dedicating only a tiny part of my mining capacity to this, so far I have little over 2.5 LUX, I don't know if I'm staking or not? In the dashboard "Balance" section I see the Available amount of LUX which at this time is over 2.5, but Staking is 0.00 and Pending is 0.00. I don't get it, can someone explain a little better how does the staking works? because the only thing I keep reading is that I have to let the LUX mature for over 36 hours and well, It has been 8 days, so.... again, I don't get it. BTW: Yes the wallet is unlock and encripted since day 1
Question #2: LuxSend (out of sync)... What does that mean? What can I do about it? Question #3: What is the bootstrap.dat for? and how to use it?
Using ccminer-x64-2.2.4-cuda9 to Mine Yiimp for pool And Using Wallet Version 3.0.4

LuxSend is a feature not available yet, so what you see is normal. Bootstrap is the previous history of the blockchain, which would save the wallet from having to do the initial download. I believe you have synced so you have no use for this. Regarding staking, you can check out the link below posted by @lupanar. My guess is that 2.5 LUX won't generate much from staking, but I have not tried this myself. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/388703503973089301/388712139390713877/LUX_Staking_-_How_to_guide_-_V1.0.pdf

No reducing MN coins requirement in plans With 10 coins what is the pos reward expected?
POS reward always same - 0.6 lux , how often you can get it depends of POS difficulty and amount of coins. With 10 coins it can take months to get stake, but there was a guys that had a stake with less that 10 lux, so simple luck matter a lot in POS mining.

Temporary workaround: transfer your coins to a new wallet instance to reduce the number of txes/coin inputs. It will reset your stake weight but will remove lag. Thanks for your patience!
The problem is that the wallet is lagging so heavily that this is not possible, I mined to my wallet and I guess that the hundreds of small transactions cause it to lag heavy. I'll keep waiting for the update and hope it will be back to normal soon. Sir, you can use the lux daemon to transfer your mined coins (with many tx inputs) to a fresh one that will be lag free. For this you have to compile the lux daemon from source (from https://github.com/216k155/lux) and operate RPC commands on it with lux-cli.

Are there any pools available to mine on that don't have auto payouts?
I want to control payouts for tax purposes here in the US. Too many transactions to keep track of.

Could someone let us know hashrates for the following cards with reasonable power consumption? 1) R9 Fury/Nano (volts usually clearly under 1.1V in any mining) 2) GTX 1070 (22MH/s when optimized for 130W?) 3) GTX 1070ti (-------- | | --------) 4) GTX 1080 (-------- | | --------) 5) GTX 1080ti (-------- | | --------)
