I hadn't any lux.conf file.
I just created a new one in %APPDATA/Roaming/LUX folder with only those instructions

Make sure you backup your wallet.dat before proceeding
Delete everything except wallet.dat from your Lux folder in %appdata%/lux
Start the new wallet and wait for it to sync
You will see your balance after you have a full sync
