ticket #493204 name mismatch SOLVED

finally got my ticket solved and account verified after i sent 2 emails to Bill Shihara threatening legal action against him and Bittrex (and the rest of the founders)

these crooks don't know how to run an exchange and deal with clients, they been silent for so long not even giving any explanation and goes into hiding, and if not because of the email threatening legal action i guess i will never see my money back. what a shame to them, a good exchange ruined by the stupidity of the 4 founders

im withdrawing all my bitcoins in Bittrex and will never trust or use Bittrex anymore, to Bill, Richie, Rami, Julian and Ryan, FUCK YOU, let me repeat again FUCK YOU!!!!
Do you have the emails that you could SMS here to me? I can't find emails elsewhere, only Twitters where they never replied or care.

My support ticket remains unanswered as well, regarding verification: #543010

Has anyone tried going to Bittrex's office in Las Vegas? It's not too far of a drive for me, I could go there and back in a day. Also wanted to know if anyone has talked to relevant state departments about their withholding of funds and freezing of accounts?


The address in Vegas is just the CPA. Really has nothing to do with them other then being a physical address for them. Most of the big wigs are in the Seattle area.

Hey all got a question.  I created a bittrex account not that long ago but never sent any btc there.  I have not deposited any btc there because i read you cannot withdraw without verification.


I first tried basic verification with my information and it did not work.


I then put in my verification document and picture.


I then got the message


Your application for an enhanced account has been approved
Your documents have been verified.



This was done in less than a few minutes.  Does that mean i can withdraw any amount of btc i want now?  Is it safe for me to deposit btc into bittrex now?  Or is it possible for them to make my account not verified?  Has anyone here gotten verified that quickly with their documents?  It was pretty quick when i got that message that your enhanced account has been approved.


Is there a way to confirm my account is indeed enhanced?

Okay when i check my account settings it does say enhanced account.  Does that mean im safe to using it now?


Also i like to know do people here use 2 factor authorization with bittrex?  is it recommended or not?  I know it uses google authenticator.  But isn't an issue if you lose your cell phone or something like this going to be a problem?  Do you recommend turning on or off 2 factor authorization?  Also i read that if you want to turn it off, you need bittrex to email you back when you email them.  Is that true or false?  Because arent they already getting lot of emails already and not responding?
