Hi guys,

I tried reaching out to Bittrex support team on Telegram (@BittrexSupportTeam) as they didn't reply my emails or my 2FA ticket on the Name mismatch account verification issue. But I was told I had to pay $201 for it to be processed, and this would be to be done separately.

When I questioned the ethics of this, they told me to GTFO.

I wished I knew how to post pics but this is a true story.

Has any of you encountered the same?

My ticket, name mismatch - enhanced verification, was solved after 18 days. I've tried the 2FA trick but dit didn't work, the 2 tickets were merged to 1.
