been unable to withdrawal for two months now. support not responding. Also I am in US. Already gave my driver license and selfy. Been awaiting approval for over 2 months now.

I would raise a new ticket. I have been told they reset the servers which probably means all the early tickets have just been deleted.
This is all over the web, I have many $$$ in there and am stuck with name mismatch, personally I don't hold out much hope. The only piece of shinning light here is that they have stopped taking new customers in order to hopefully clear the backlog - fingers crossed.

I'm EU citizen & they disabled my enhanced account 38 days ago, they have all my personal info, passport, country ID, selfie, mobile #, etc, all checked & approved, I can login but no widthdraw or trade.
No response at all tkt #555400. Thx for include it in the list.
They said they're "next generation crypto trading", but with old mafia behavior.

finally got a response to reset my basic verification. they reset my basic verification and told me to do an enhanced. So I redid my basic; it still wouldn't verify. It seems their basic verify is broke and they know it. I'm not happy about their enhanced since when they get hacked someone will have my photo ID.

Hi,
I was enhanced verified before they blocked the account. Everything (depositing, withdrawing, making trades) was working fine! Until now; no response from support. I do not even know the reason they disabled the account.

So I followed the steps and they removed 2Factor, but here was their response about processing my request for enhanced verification (we are going on 4 weeks without any progress) This ticket was entered as a 2FA ticket. Agents working this view are not trained to assist you with verifications. Your request has been forwarded to appropriate team.

Tom @ BittrexI also got a generic type email that mentioned what the op said to send (which I did with original ticket and my email response to that) but this generic email also says they need: 4)2 forms of government identification and a selfie of you holding one of those identifications where we can match your face. Please also write Bittrex and today's date on a piece of paper and hold it in the picture. Please make sure the text on your ID is readable in all photos. Note: This means we need all 3 things in 1 photo. You, your ID, and the paper with Bittrex and the date on it. Also we do not accept .pdf or zip files, or links to files.I only sent them my driver's license in a selfie (attached to ticket AND also my email response to ticket email). I do have my birth-certificate which is government-issued, right? I don't have a passport, so I don't know what else to use. Should I hold up my birth certificate and take another selfie to send to them? Seems impossible to get verified. I am unable to withdraw funds or add to them at the basic level.

Their webpage about performing verification says nothing about needing two forms of government ID. Suddenly demanding two is outrageous. https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005329167-Creating-a-Bittrex-Account-and-Performing-VerificationAn earlier post today said someone tried the 2FA trick and was just told that verification issues are being addressed separately. They didn't ask him for two forms of ID. They must have wised up to the 2FA trick.
