Bittrex ignores thousands of clients!

Hello, since i have two names i couldnt pass the basic verification. Then i uploaded all my documents on enhanced verification part. It says Name Mismatch. I have been waiting my account to be verified for 3 weeks!! I wanna deposit more but until my account is verified i cannot trust bittrex... also i cannot withdraw my money of course.

I have also failed remove 2FA trick. They have just removed my 2fa havent even read my message.

It has been more than 2 weeks now since I have submitted request. Obviously their support works just fine, but they dont want to verify accounts.

Today they said that on my photo is not supported document (after 1 week of waiting), and on a page of enhanced verification appeared a button to re-upload docs. I have re-uploaded them, and now it's "being processed" again. My ticket number #645878 (verification issue), please add me in list

Did somebody try to upload expired passport? I have expired international passport with colored photo, and new with BW photo with poor quality (due to new russian standards). Maybe the automatic verifying system doesn't verify me due to BW photo, and I should try to upload my expired passport next time?
