Two month ago I had the same problem! But one gay help me solve this problem,Bittrex had "online"support (from 11pm. to 4 am.  In Moscow) on slack , but they really help ,and all was solvded on 5-7 days. But now Bittrex on slack does't work as I understand.. (if I wrong,please tell me)

After almost 1 month of waiting i solved my verification issue. Guys you should try the 2fa removal trick.Open a ticket to reset 2fa. When they reply they will ask for your last transaction id,last connected ip address,account balance,a selfie with a paper in your hand the date written on it.In 24 hours they reset your 2fa and ask you to enchance your account. I tried to upload another 3762537123 times and again auto verification didnt work. Then i activated 2fa again and uploaded my files again and what? Too many failed document uploads bla bla again. I replied to the ticket  once more and i told them to review it manually. (to be honest i begged ) In the morning my account was verified. Good luck guys

Make tickets every day and you'll get responce.
This method helped me with verification on Poloniex. I hadn't any problems with Bittrex yet, but I think that this method will work with it too.

Not sure if that is the way to go. It is a tough situation. They do ask at their support site not to create multiple tickets as that supposedly will just slow down the process: https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003209552

Explanation of the "2FA trick"

This is the way to get a quick response from the support.
You must submit second request, do not close the first
Click on "Submit A Request"

Then:
Please choose your issue below - "Two-Factor (2FA)"
Subject - "Remove 2FA"
Description - "Please, remove 2FA and verify my account"
Two-Factor (2FA) Issue - "2FA Removal"

Bot ask you to answer four questions
1) Your IP
2) At least one TxID from deposit / withdrawal history
3) Your current balances
4) Scans of your documents and fresh selfie with sheet of paper "Bittrex / Date"

Now your task is to wait for a response from the support (from 1 to 48 hours at the moment)

When admin answer you he can to remove 2FA but not answer on verification issue. In this case you need add a comment with your ask for enhanced verification because the necessary files you have already attached!
If he not response and just close your ticket for comments then try 2FA trick again and again!
You can try to solve the disabled problem too through 2FA trick because live admin answer you!
Be persistent, write only politely and you will succeed!

Bittrex exchange users have been facing "verification" problem when auto-verification fails and support just never answers. Without this you can never access your own money. Right now thousands of users from all over the world have the same problem.

Many people consider this to be scam and fraud because official representatives just never respond.

Up to the moment many people wait for support to answer at least anything for more than a month.

Previously, process speed up was possible by sending a message to Bittrex Slack channel until Slack administration started to ban anyone requesting help with verification for other persons.

Since that people started to lose even hope to solve the question and get their money back!

The other issue with Bittrex support is that thousands of users all over the world started getting "disabled" status on their accounts which denies any ways to access their money.
And this started to happen without any explanations! And all you get is a message "Your account is under review and we will contact you when the review is completed. Please do not open duplicate tickets, as this will not lead to a faster resolution."

And absolutely NO action withing two months already. NONE of the disabled accounts have been enabled again. And neither did desperate users receive any messages regarding this issue.

When first problems started support tickets' numbers were 285000+ but now they are 520000+ so you can approximate how many people have suffered because of such a policy.

When a new user registers he knows nothing about it. He populates his account balance not knowing he will never have a chance to get his money back.

This is a really bad sign. The whole industry can suffer a lot because of such a fraudulent policy of one of the biggest crypto-currency exchange's administration.

Below we have a list of tickets' numbers of people who have long ago made photocopies of their documents and selfies as the rules require but Bittrex just never sends these to Jumio verification provider. The list will be replenished on the ongoing basis.

Yobit, Poloniex, Bittrex etc... it's a long and growing list of errant exchanges. They depend on the fact that many are naive and desperate to cash in and join the trading frenzy. With bitcoin's value soaring wildly, those unverified accounts will stay unverified for a while. A perfect opportunity for the people behind these exchanges to invest their hot wallet's contents.

You can cry and be angry. It's like a thick soundproofed wall that separates you (victims) and these exchanges. No care and consideration whatsoever. No thoughts for those who might need their few coins for their families these Christmas holidays.

I'm sure it's very frustrating but issues like this are bound to happen and when they do, they usually catch the service provider off guard.

Bittrex is simply trying to abide by US law, in doing so it broke a few accounts and they did not expect as large of influx in tickets as the amount they have, clearly.

Hiring new staff does not happen over night, and hopefully Bittrex is taking the time to carefully select support staff that are qualified for the role and won't steal from the company or customers accounts.

In the mean time, they probably have a guys that are working on not just the exchange itself, but also doubling as the support staff to try to remedy the issue quickly.

Sending in a new ticket every day, will ONLY slow down this process MORE.

More time will be spent opening tickets, and looking for issues that can be solved quickly, only to keep coming across duplicate after duplicate where different support staff end up looking into the same persons issue.

Put in a ticket, understand the situation, be patient.

When they haven't got back to you in months, then yes, annoy the hell out of them with a daily ticket.
2-4 weeks is completely normal for blow up's like this, yes your funds are in there, but you accepted these potential issues when YOU put them there.
