Hello! 2 my accounts were blocked probably because I sent the same passport, I created a ticket 5 days ago and still no answer. Help # 957878!

Is it allowed on that exchange to have 2 accounts for same person? Unless one is for you and one for your business? |

As far as I know it isn't allowed to have two accounts with the same owner on the same time. If you do plan to make a new one then you should really inform them such change of plans because using two id's on different accounts is really highly suspicious which they would normally make actions which isn't really surprising even on most services that do require verification.Duplicate ID isn't really tolerable. |

I can withdrawal now. I did the 2fa trick, but I believe they knew I did not really want to disable 2fa and they verified my account.
(Without disabling my 2fa)

Ok, so they answer my ticket from verification issues, he said the documents were caught in a transient error...
"I understand the frustration you must be feeling because I want to get your account verified for you as well. Unfortunately, your submission is still caught with a transient error, causing the verification to not properly process.
I have gone ahead and reset your attempt, so you should be able to try again. I just suggest that you retake a picture of your documents before you submit again.
In regards to manually verifying your account. Unfortunately, we need to also be able to view your documents on your account. And as of right now because of that error, we are unable to do so, which again I do apologize for. "
So now he keeps reseting the enchanced verification so I can resend the documentation, sent 2 times already and keeps saying "Your verification information is currently being processed"
So I'm just stuck sending the documentation and seems he can't acces them... They really need to fix the issue it's not our fault. Been a month now

I feel the same . If calculated there may be about 2000 $ my money (equivalent to 0.15 BTC). I find it difficult to verify, I have used official government identification and also the appropriate photo.
May I need a passport to ensure verification? . I feel tired of this and hopefully there is a way out because I think that much money is very valuable to me.

Mate your ETC withdrawal is there. My Account has been disabled since October 2017 the support ticket was submitted since then with no response ticket number 452001, i can not deposit withdraw nor trade anything and the majorty of my holding are there with no access for me i m loosing my mind trying to find a way to solve this issue  |
