Bittrex ignores thousands of clients!

Hi all,

I just came across this forum & topic and certainly shocking that I'm only one of thousands suffering the same issue.

Ticket# 504043 for 'name mismatch'.. on going for 2 weeks without any response.

If you can add this to the list, that'd be great.

I hope everyone's ticket gets resolved eventually.

Yes, i got same message, and i said exact same thing "Finally they are communicating."

I just need confirmation that they are aware of the issue and doing something about it. Yet, could send that message earlier before people opened like 10 tickets and slow progress by a lot, but ok. Still they are doing something and that is encouraging.

Open a ticket to remove 2fa and send them your documents along with the ticket. It took approx. 6 hours

I'm in the same boat.  I got them to respond one time.  They asked me for that photo with me holding a piece of paper and my own ID.  I got that to them within minutes.  Now I've been waiting 8 days since I sent in the photo (which is on top of the 5 weeks it originally took them to respond).  They only responded because I sent an email and got lucky to get a hold of someone, IMO.

It is very frustrating.
