Now that August is here.... When do we expect the units to start shipping out?
In what order will the units ship? 400GH first or 25GH starter first? based on orderid or payment received?
</cant wait>

... yep ... vat is a % value of the price ... so vatdoesn't explain the gap ... between the fullminer and the starterkit upgraded with 15 additional hashinboards ... imo

Same here, 3 emails (7/16, 7/21 and 8/1), no reply It is possible that the hardware has come in and they are busy casing/assembling/racking and what not. https://picostocks.com/docs/index/19Hard to explain for the last 2 weeks though.

We've had contact from Punin via the "contact us" section of the website and by email this week, so I don't think there's any cause for alarm. I guess that they are just flat out with stuff at the moment, as others have suggested.

My Bank needs me to fill in the beneficiaries name and address. Name has been provided in the order receipt email (Niko Punin?), but no address. Requested the address via contact form but reading here that they are not being replied to in a timely manner. Anyone here have the beneficiaries address?

request a invoice first. that how I would proceed. I did request invoice 2 weeks ago, for my order that I paid in Bitcoin on 9th of July, 2013. No response. Edit: I also requested if it is possible to pay via international bank transfer, as I have customers, who would like to purchase hashing boards and rent my free slots in the starter kit.

Opened tickets, also mailed to them and no response at all. And I'm not the only one with this problem. Either they are busy producing our orders or relaxing at some tropical island with the money they've got from us.....
So what's the deal punin?

Well, there was this opportunity for an ASIC business to distinct itself from its most notable competitors (*cough* Avalon and BFL *cough*) by communicating clearly and in a predictable way. Sadly, this opportunity remains to be grasped by someone else.
I would not mind, if it takes 2 weeks to respond, as long, as I'm not treated differently from the others. If I'm just being ignored, then I don't see myself ordering anything else in the future from the company. I do not require complicated answers. Sticking to the simple facts would suffice, for example: "No, I cannot give you the invoice, as the new company does not exist yet.", or "No, there is no way that I can accept international bank wire at the moment.". After all the missed deadlines by other ASIC manufacturers, I understand if someone does not want to make promises about time-frames. But it would be nice, if the answer could include something like "Hit me again in 6 weeks time, as the situation may change".
