I am very disappointed because there are no H boards available to upgrade our starter kits.

I didnt expect to pay premium prices for M boards just to watch my supplier mining the shit out of the network.

I am switching over to antminers. They are almost as efficient as overclocked bitfury.

What was the bitcoin price the time of Punin's last post?  Yeah, he's not coming back.  He's busy mining.  And we know it takes a lot of upkeep keeping these H boards hashing.  So I'm sure he's very busy.

At least Dave had the good sense to say that he wasn't sure if he'd sell more boards after the second batch shipped.  Punin sure sounded like he was going to sell.  So that stings even worse.

Hello People,

I have been extremely busy building a mine for tytus while waiting for the heatsinks and I'm getting extremely tired and exhausted. All my staff left on vacation a week ago and I'm pretty much alone handling everything from tuning cards, building rigs, screwing power supplies, flashing SD cards, dealing with phone calls, ordering stuff, organizing chip production etc etc etc. I desperately need a vacation and I'm going to have one on 17.12.-2.1.

Unfortunately no old H-cards are currently available for sale (I've been requesting them for over a month now, but I still have nothing but some crappy boards that need spare parts or soldering). I know I will get the old H-cards at some point, but 'when' is the question I have no answer for. (I'm not the manufacturer)

Some good news: I've managed to hire some people that will start on monday and I plan to reopen sales for the new boards! It'll take a few days to do the training so they can test and pack and ship, but after that I hope we will be able to ship some gear. So I expect to open the shop a week from now or so.

Bad news is that the price is much higher. New H-cards will sell for 850€ a piece + VAT. Please don't blame me for the prices as I'm not the one who sets them.

All orders ship via free express shipping in 48 hours.

Sad

AntMiner's units at 4.5 BTCs are cheap in comparison.

200% inflation! It would be nice with some disclosure, who sets the prices, who is not delivering old H-Cards (btw would those still cost 250)?

200?

It is more than three times the old price for the very same board (apart from a different connector), plus VAT!

Either they were selling at a loss before or are stealing us now.

Yeah that's a shame. With delivery Dec 16, I wouldn't pay more than 550€ including tax. I guess it's time to move on to BitMain's AntMiner or BitMine's CoinCraft.

Simply good ol' supply and demand.  Bitcoin prices were what, $160 4 to 6 weeks ago... something like that.  Now everyone wants to mine $1000+ bitcoin and no one can supply ASICs fast enough before they are devoured by the hungry masses.

Ironically, BFL has Singles and MiniRigs in stock.  I ordered two Singles during the Black Friday sale and got them today and they were shipped FedEx Ground.  My head just about exploded!  Delivery in 6 days following a National Holiday?

What's the estimated hash rate for thew new cards and will those new cards work with the old m-boards (v 1.0)?
