Nice! Where can I sign up for the ghash.io pool? I'd like to point some of my personal hardware over there. I haven't merged mined since early 2012.
+1 Anybody care to share a ref link? I only have 30GH/s but I would gladly use Ghash.io over where I am now.

The link fractal posted for me is correct, but if you click the stats bar for the hashrate it will bring you there under my ref link. Finished working on the website and updating spreadsheets for years end at ~3:30AM, 7:45AM back up and working... Get the Keurig joke now?

The verifcation sheet is still up but there have been a number of trades and bonds issued since. Will there be an updated spreadsheet prior to the new trading platform? No problem waiting if the platform is keurig powered imminent.

No problem waiting if the platform is keurig powered imminent. I'm going to put a public bond list straight on the website with address / bonds just like BitFunder had. Going to try to get as much done in the next week or 2 as I can, but the priority is public stats which should be done on my next 3-4 hour gap in the schedule

I can't wait to see the stats and see how it is all going! I'm glad you are working hard, but don't push yourself to insanity! Side note: Finally out of newbie jail! Now I can keep up with what all is going on. Woot!

I just happened to see this and wanted to know if LabRat is aware: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=327767.0In short it looks like cex/ghash was doing double spend attacks. On November 11 they said they would look into it, but they haven't said anything since then as far as I can tell. To me, this would be enough to make me wary of trusting them...

For being such a large pool and a highly complicated situation the subject its pretty well ignored, 5 pages for the 25% of total hashrate controller "suppossed" **whateveryouwanttocallit**... we've 126 pages for an small mining project, who knows, im just thinking out loud.

Updated a week ago on the LRM website, I read that the cex.io disaply is for the LRM hashrate. But it still only shows 2.85GH. To state the obvious, it's should read at least 23TH. When will this actually reflect LRM's full hash rate?

Yes, this is a very interesting clarification from FINCEN. Apparently if we were shareholders we would be fine because we are collectively mining for ourselves. As bondholders we do not "own" anything other than the right to receive a dividend. In its current configuration it is possible LRM needs to restructure the bonds into shares or become a MSB.

I'm not a lawyer. With that disclaimer, my simple interpretation, so far, is that it is probably not a problem for LRM. I think this would be the key paragraph (my red emphasis): FinCEN understands that Bitcoin mining imposes no obligations on a Bitcoin user to send mined Bitcoin to any other person or place for the benefit of another. Instead, the user is free to use the mined virtual currency or its equivalent for the user’s own purposes, such as to purchase real or virtual goods and services for the user’s own use. To the extent that a user mines Bitcoin and uses the Bitcoin solely for the user’s own purposes and not for the benefit of another, the user is not an MSB under FinCEN’s regulations, because these activities involve neither “acceptance” nor “transmission” of the convertible virtual currency and are not the transmission of funds within the meaning of the Rule. This is the case whether the user mining and using the Bitcoin is an individual or a corporation, and whether the user is purchasing goods or services for the user’s own use, paying debts previously incurred in the ordinary course of business, or (in the case of a corporate user) making distributions to shareholders. Activities that, in and of themselves, do not constitute accepting and transmitting currency, funds or the value of funds, are activities that do not fit within the definition of “money transmission services” and therefore are not subject to FinCEN’s registration, reporting, and recordkeeping regulations for MSBs.8
