So can we get a confirmation Kenneth is using the preorder money for the NRE? I just bought 10 BTC worth and am wondering whether or not I should invest more, as if Kenneth is using that 580k some dollars worth of pre-sales then the 1 million NRE should be funded in no time.

He is gonna use those pre-orders to cover any needs left for the NRE. The pre-orders were always the backup plan.

At the rate the wall is going down I think they won't even be needed... And everyone is gonna have a SWEET dividend from those in the future! Shocked

Correct that is exactly what he is doing with it. Wall will come down once NRE funds met.

Woohoo for contradictory info O.o

In any case, it looks like Ken does in fact have enough funds for the NRE by the August 2nd (?) deadline. Worst case scenario looks to be the wall coming down at that time, maybe earlier if people continue to buy big chunks of shares.

He's currently waiting for the wire transfers of those, the wall will last until the scale is balanced from both sides I think.

It's not a deadline just the planned for date. He has confirmed this with other party.

The deadline wasn't locked in stone, Ken already talked with his counterparts and confirmed this.

the deadline for the NRE is 30 days from july 2nd, correct?  That means if you don't have the 1 million raised by august 1st, you will rely only on other manufacturers chips from that point, rather than your own...
yes it's icing on the cake, but a lot of people are betting on that icing.. for you to have rights to a superior chip that nobody else does would mean you would have an upper hand on the market

We have just launched our Fast-Hash-One machines yesterday and already have sales of $62,799.00 so it is not going to take more than a week at this rate to have the NRE.  I have also talked to the Director of Sales and those 30 days were just our original estimate to them to get the funds. There is no fixed deadline, but of course we want to start producing chips asap.
