looking around a bit I found this video:

eASIC's vision and technology

Well now. That is a very important link that I had not seen before.  For those of you who haven't, listen closely when they show their ASIC lab stuff. That is (and they mention) a VMC chip on that board.

To me this solidifies that indeed Ken has been in talks with eASIC, he has provided the spec and they have created a prototype.  In that respect at least, there seems to be no scam.  That should boost investor confidence.

Apologies if I heard incorrectly (only watched the video once at work) but someone feel free to verify that since I need to pretend to work now.

Edit: I did hear incorrectly. Disregard my blabbering on. Smiley

He says eASIC and not VMC, plus that would be breaking an NDA anyway.

Ken: please fill in "asset FAQ"  on bitfunder. Important for nrw investors.

My guess is that since he has his funding now, he's going to focus more on getting things running, rather than trying to attract new investors... unfortunately

I will work on getting that filled in.

Okay, this was surely discussed several times now, but I still do not totally understand (as a new shareholder):

I have a quantity of x AMC-PT shares on BTC-TC. What kind of sorcery should I perform in the future/now, to convert them into ActiveMining shares on BTC-TC?  Grin Should I send an e-mail, or something else? Or will this conversion be automatic after the approval of ActiveMining on BTC-TC?

Good things come to those who wait.

Sold half this morning for an awesome profit and now holding my remaining (free) shares for the long term!
Thanks AMC!

You silly sausage. You people need to do some research before throwing away good money like that. This company has only just got started, you are only seeing the tip of the iceberg so far.

People will be opening and closing positions all over the map. Know your positions and stay the course. There are few things as rewarding as acting on a decision that nets a fat return.

This is true. There is nothing more satisfying than setting a buy/sell trigger in your mind and following through.
Also, the one thing I've learned in btc is to take your profits and don't look back at the stupidity of missed opportunities.

Is there an accurate/official count to the amount of remaining ActM shares?

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.
Secure. Private. Untraceable.

Is there an accurate/official count to the amount of remaining ActM shares?

From the ActiveMining Overview and Speculation Thread:

There are 9,877,461 of the 10,000,000 shares issued at this point.

How do I calculate this number?

When I add up the number on BTC-TC (2,924,534) and BitFunder (5,600,815) I only end up with 2,924,534 + 5,600,815 = 8,525,349 shares in total.

You need to add the still untendered AMC shares there. Smiley

Got it. In other words (using lewicki's numbers) there are only 122,539 unreleased shares out of the 10M that get the first BTC0.0025 in dividends..?

Yep, that's correct using the latest released figures. Dunno when will those be sold, probably never or maybe when the FH chips are almost done, so that ActM can order even more out of the fab for the biggest impact. I would definitely save then for that moment. Smiley

Ken is going to focus on 'getting things running' right now, a board is being formed and formalized.  Please don't feel in the unfortunate, there is a lot going on right now that will come to light soon I am sure of.

Do you have any source of this information? Haven't Ken earlier stated that we should transfer our shares to bitfunder, and have until 31. of July to do so?

Thanks!!

https://btct.co/security/ACTIVEMINING

Click on Details

Once this has the 5 Votes that are needed, AMC on btct will become ACTIVEMINING.

So what is the hold up with the voting on this?
Does someone have a beef with ACTIVEMINING?

No. They are just being lazy or are on vacation or something. If you check the Awaiting Approval tab on btct.co there are 3 other securities waiting for one more yes (score of 4/0).

Someone should just buy some shares in LTC-GLOBAL and vote!

But then they could just turn around and sell the shares again if they didn't want to hold. Where is it traded, under what name?

https://www.litecoinglobal.com/security/LTC-GLOBAL

Will need to buy Litecoins, and then buy 10+ shares in LTC-GLOBAL. Can't say whether voting powers are instant or not (I would assume not to avoid vote bias like this but then I guess that's why there's a high price tag.).
