On Bitfunder: AMC 6,400,000 +  (ActM) 5,600,815 = 12,000,085 issued shares.

The shares are equal, right ?
Plus we have about 5,000,000 issued shares on BTC-T.

So how the company issued 17 million shares out of 10 million planned ?

AMC shares != Activemining shares. Also there are 3mil on btc-tc so about 9 mil shares by my reckoning.

Almost all of those AMC shares are now Kens due to the swaps to ACtM so they should not be counted. They don't get any share of ACtM profits and I believe Ken is going to delist this original 'AMC' offering and thus destroy these shares?

Is there any advantage or disadvantage transferring AMC to ActiveMining shares?

AMC is mining only, AM is mining and hardware sales.
AMC has 100,000,000 shares, AM has 25,000,000 shares.
AM is also guaranteeing that the first 10,000,000 shares will get 0.0025 per share before the other 15,000,000 get ANY dividends.

I really like to understand, wtf is going on with bitfunder and changing share number.
Ken, stop avoiding my questions.
Cheers

When AMC shares are tendered for ActM shares, Ken has to issue those shares in ActM, that's why the number keeps increasing, as more are tendered.

Why is it the same people posting in this thread over and over again? Most of them are registered this year with very few posts...

No idea why this would be relevant. Since when is registration date and number of posts a good scale for measuring the quality of someones posts?

I'm not talking about the quality of anybody's posts.

I'm talking about the blatant sock puppet and shill accounts that are constantly hyping this stock up through the many AMC/Active mining threads. If you can't see what I'm talking about, you are completely blind.

Judging by your own criteria I have to assess you as a shill and will consequently disregard your opinion. Thanks for the heads up.

Hey Ken, I transferred 520 shares on BTCT on the 20th but they still haven't come through  on Bitfunder, I double checked the email I sent and all the details were exactly the same as the other successful transfers that I've made, hopefully you can look into this for me.

In other news the logo redesign is coming on nicely, I'll have some more samples to show off later today.

There will always be people (with all securities) interested in hyping a stock, posting positive shit without substance. These kinds of postings can usually be easily spotted, and any investor (with more than half a brain) should understand that they should be disregarded when evaluating the potential of the security.

Speaking for myself, I'm not even anonymous. And I've spoken to most of the other people giving useful comments on here outside of this forum  (with names, details etc), so they are not sock puppets.

Also, if you read the thread, there are a lot of proper questions and responses and rather less hype than you may think.

If I have understood correctly, I can convert my AMC shares on Bitfunder to ActiveMining shares, correct? How would I go about doing so? Sorry if that is a dumb question, but I find this whole security rather confusing...

This won't happen. If it does, then there is something inherently wrong with the btc-tc voting system
