For anyone not aware of this already we have photos of Ken, his 'company registered' (real) address, we had a forum member do an on-site visit to his assembly unit, ACtM have a confirmed NDA with one of the hottest ASCI manufacturers in the world, we have a CEO on the end of the phone, we have an independant Silicon Valley engineer (friend of forum member) who has met Ken seen his plans and expresses satisfaction. ACtM must be one of the most open and trustworthy ventures in the btc market as far as I can see.
Translation: There's the London address on BTC-TC. There's the Belize registration. There the "management team," all three coincidently sharing the last name Slaughter. There are pictures of an empty warehouse space, with a few beat-up boxes (<20) of 4u rack cases and a couple of power supplies. There's the engineer-friend-of-some-guy-on-the-internet to lend this lolacoster credibility. ? ? ? PROFIT!!! So you are showing how ill-informed about ACtM you really are. |

This one has built a community and this community is either going with ActM rather it goes up or down. You did however prove a point about this IPO is undervalued because of the above. Everyone that is always invested understands this is the real deal. The people waiting for physical undeniable proof will come on board in the coming months putting the price where it should be. I like your thinking. The less evidence a "virtual" company presents of being legitimate, the better bargain its shares, amirite? I guess a shrewd guy like you spends most of his time ferreting out companies that scream "SCAM!!" before hitting that "OMG BUY!!1!" button. As far as trying too hard? Nah. Everyone that is always invested understands this is the real deal. The people waiting for physical undeniable proof will come on board in the coming months putting the price where it should be.
At first I wasn't sure either, the leasing of the Unit and the forum member who was invited along swung it for me. If this wasn't the real deal Ken would have disappeared several weeks ago after the completion of the IPO. What anyone asking about transparency is failing to understand is that Ken has no more shares to sell this side of massive steps forward. No shares being sold today are profiting ACtM so undeniable proof or not if this wasn't real Ken would be a puff of smoke. As it is he's flying around doing meetings. Says it all. |

This is the Official Thread for ACtM related posts so please only post here relevant material. By the way, I told everyone yesterday that you will soon be getting back into ACtM circa 100btc quantity. That's a potentially significant bit of news for fellow investors. Now I know, and you know, the lower the price of ACtM at that time the better for you. Great. But to come on here trying to undermine the share price today or anyday is very much out of order. As was bragging and high-fiving yourself last week when you sold out all your ActM shares. At that time you were really proud that you had made 20k USD from manipulating the ACtM share price and basically took that money off fellow ACtM investors (some of who panic-sold after false news was released). I also told everyone that the higher the price of ACtM when you buy back-in the better because it will mean ACtM sellers will get some of that 20k back from your pocket. So once again people, once the IceDrill refund is made this guy will be buying back into ACtM in a big way. So raise your ASKS and get more of his money, don't sell to him below .0055. Raise your asks, he will buy at almost any price below .007. This should be a good opportunity for ACtM holders who might need to raise some btc/FIAT. |

If you robbed a bank would you stand outside it for 3weeks? No, you would disappear. Ken is no longer taking in money. He has sold all the IPO shares. No more are for sale from him. So you tell me why he is still around and flying to meetings with eASIC and engineering firms? He is not taking in any more money from the exchanges, and the pre-orders have happened, so you tell me why he is still around. |

He would also be running because we know where he lives, we have his picture, we know the names of his family members, we know his business history and we know where he turns up for work everyday. The eASIC statement confirming full funding should be along within the next week or two weeks so when that occurs we can chat again. |

He's not going to wait around until everybody catches on, and THEN run...by then it would be too late and people would have too many leads on him. Like the comment earlier, you don't rob a bank and then stand around waiting to hear the sirens. He would have no reason to sit around, that would be too much risk. Instead, you see him continuing to sort through tenders and dividends, posting pictures of prototypes, etc. This is not the behavior of a scammer, this is the behavior of someone who wants to increase the value of a company and succeed. |
