But how do we know it will be a 100% fair rating? don't forget.. the data is stored in the blockchain, never to be altered again, unlike other ratingsystems

Maybe there could be an "appealing period" before data gets stored on the blockchain. For example, after someone receives a rating they have 4 weeks to appeal it and Repu then will investigate the case. During these 4 weeks the data will be stored on regular servers.

Thats true, but there will ever be groups, where you can buy your positive ratings, after you pay for it. You cant really avoid this.
