Yes a demo is a nice way to make investors more confident in the project. And i also think that we are a lot here who want to see at what REPU platform and system will look like.
Maybe a little video like ingame footage videos will be fine before ICO. maybe demo isn't ready in every aspect but seeing a portion of REPU can easily increase sales. I would say the demo videos may attract as well as deter potential investors form getting involved into the project. While creating promo materials (e.g. videos), one should be very cautious I think REPU team is experienced enough to create a demo video that can attract investor not deter them, i have faith in them. But of course they should be cautious, any misunderstanding can create catastropic results for the project. Making a demo can lead bad results because it is hard to control a beta. But for demo, i think the risk is minimal. I don't think there would be any problem with it. I agree with you about controlling a beta phase with all bugs or errors, investors can run away from the project. But a video creates a controlled area, just a footage what can REPU do is fine. I dont think bugs will make investors lose interest, in fact an alpha product boost confidences and shows how well the team is progressing a buggy version can create a bad first impression, people doesn't patient enough sometimes:) that's the thing im trying to say.

Everyone can create a video like that if you know how to use after effects now

Just putting nice strategy concept into video - that would be better in pursuading people than just doing it on paper

It is always better to show something about the project besides the whitepaper and and future promises.

The fact that some of the trust system that are now being used can be abused if not it can be fixed or bought is a big obstacle to this kind of platform, if somehow they can minimize or completely remove it, this platform will be used by many.
That is the major issue in every trust system. People don't simply follow what the trust system displays now, everyone will try to confirm it and then work accordingly. Would like to know how repu will work on this.

It's really complex, you have to count in if you're biased on something. A stupid example, you're biased against mercedes' cars, you don't like it. Mercedes throw out the best car in the world and do you know what you are gonna do? You're not going to rate it objectively because you're biased

But you should always give a chance to something new. At least you can get information and then you can decide.

Yes, that is true but you definitely should not give ratings or reviews to stuff you haven't tested yourself. But as you said, even then you could be make a rating just because you are unhappy with Mercedes, even if the car would be really great in fact.

Imo, even if you aren't biased a rating by humans is unavoidable subjective and depends on and reflects your preferences, experiences, etc.

One of the features of the human mind is forgetting.
Forgive and forget, the saying goes.
Since then we've started to store memories. First chiseled in stone, then handwritten on papyrus.
The invention of the printing press marked a revolution. Now we were able to mass produce books, mass replicate thoughts.
Eventually we ended up with the internet, further breaking down the barriers of the physical world to spread and save memories at the speed of light.
The internet never forgets, the saying goes.
In the future our thoughts, memories and reputation are forever living in the blockchain.
Never ever again will we forget.
Never ever again will we forgive.

In the future, this project will mark on the pages of the history of the cryptoworld as the first to give an accurate rating on the services and companies not thru the "likes" system but thru the feedback method on a precise way using the unforgeable technology of the Blockchain.

That's true and it is good that people have different attitudes towards products and brands. The bigger danger is paid ratings or "honest reviews" from product testers that get to keep the product.

Sometimes it needs some time but ultimately every system has weak points and people will find them eventually.

Ideally, devs will be ahead of any possible abuse but at least they have to permanently monitor and if necessary take further steps to protect their system.
