Ico won't be completed by May 4th. It has been extended to May 8. I want to believe that before time target must have been reached.

I think this extension of tokensale should be to enable the project hit the 15000 ETH, It set out to achieve but I think this is not necessary because with 11,000ETH, quite alot can be achieved without problems.

Yes you are right because this project is not designed that way, but don't.forget you can also get additional 5% bonus for referring a friend by joining the referral program.

You might want to read the technical paper for  you to understand. To make it short for you, BOB token are utility token. It's not staking coin. It will be under Steem blockchain.
