I still think that if DOGE can generate hype that a GrumpyCoin would do really well Tongue It's so marketable haha... perhaps this thread is the start

Well if you make one, how about announcing it on this thread at the same time as another so that we can start mining it immediately after release?  I'd love to repeat today's profits...

Oh I didn't know about the max difficulty adjustment or whatever it's called.  Seems that the DOGE/BTC market gained back the 20% to get to .0000005 that it lost around the time we dumped all the coins, so perhaps another day of big money is upon us.  I'll find out tomorrow.  I can barely stay awake for some reason and it's only 9:00  Roll Eyes Caffeine crash I guess.

In other news, I've made $40 from mining here after less than 2 weeks that I've cashed out into Amazon Gift cards and sold to my parents so they can do holiday shopping with them. Cheesy  At this rate, this site will be a huge reason I won't go broke paying for my school band trip! Thanks a million h2o!

I'll definitely let you know. I'm talking to a developer right now about it, as well as how we can incorporate a unique reward structure per block that hasn't been done yet (yet makes a lot of sense). At this point it's all planning, however, it would be pretty sweet...

Holy balls. I don't know what happened, but me rikey.

Whatever coin that was, rock ON! Good job H20, you earned your % today, damn straight.

A side note, I was dicking with Applecoin with some of my hash today, and am seeing that it might be possible to add that to the lineup, even though it uses scrypt-jane. There would be a couple of issues at first glance, but hey, just maybe.

Mine have all arrived with confirmations, just like clockwork!

Hi guys.

I turned my miners here. I have a question though. Do I need to use several btc addresses for 2 rigs?

Haha ;-) Yeah, I'd rather double my own first. How long before I should see some changes to the hashrate on the site? it's been 20 minutes by now.

Difficulty per worker unit is 512 so hashrates take a while to stabilize... usually up to an hour or two before you have a good idea what is actually going through. You can use one address or split between rigs to better monitor each rig's output... up to you. I prefer to keep everything together to try to reach as high as possible on the chart (easier to find :-P)

Thank you so much. You're not familiar with the ctrl+f function of chrome/firefox? ;-) Easy to find your key that way. Appreciate the help though. seems like i'm racking in 2-3 times as much money here than on LTC right now.

ctrl+f is very useful, however, if you can get into the top 50 or so then you hardly even need it :-P

Usually this pool is more profitable that straight LTC, however, yesterday was certainly an exception (due partly to the fact that the day before was uncharacteristically low / carried a lot of unexchanged BTC over)

Actually, if I balance the last two days out I get fairly close to what I was making on average before that.

Of course, if the pool can liquidate what they continue to mine than I'd expect tomorrow to be a great day again.

Edit: If the pool operator believed very strongly in Dogecoin, he or she could theoretically pay out the equivalent in BTC to all the miners (yay profits) from his or her wallet and keep the Dogecoin. It would be incredibly risky, however, there is no where near enough volume on the exchange to allow you to purchase as much as this pool mined in a day. Just a fun thought to keep in mind if we ever see DOGE at some crazy value and a wallet with millions in it. There's more than 1 way to leverage the power of a 2.6GH/s pool :]

I don't believe you will see a hash rate change on the site, afaik it will only show the hash rate of the initially connected miner to the address.

It takes a while to update due to the worker difficulty, however, the hash rate will definitely reflect gaining or losing hashing power. I've been having an issue with the integrated LAN on a rig cutting out every few days - one of the ways I can easily check through the day is reading my hash rate on the site to see if its around where it should be or 2.45 Mh/s or so slower :]

It is by no means an instantaneous readout though... takes like an hour or two to catch back up after I restart the rig.

I'm pretty sure the hash rate on the site is the average rate over one hour.  So a brand new rig starting up and running at 2500MH/s will not see 2500 on the website until after a full hour has passed.

Not to quibble, but I do like how multipool shows the hashrate - a 1 minute and a 10 minute average.  This lets you see a problem much quicker.  CGWatcher has some good rules to fix low hash rates if you are running on a Windows platform.

Yep! Everything is working fine for me too. having 1400khash running here now. definitely profitting much more than ltc.

Whats going on? middlecoin is only showing the hashrate for one of my cards, but both have submitted the same amount of shares?
Seems to have happened directly after the payout.
Iv pointed the miners to different addresses now to see if that solves it. But if the stats are correct iv lost 9h of doge mining  on one card Angry

http://middlecoin.com/reports/12KA96Te7pUKxZ8Jy6QntLABL946FyxvRG.html

Im now mining on 1HrJZEj4fLaxi5UaPMEFPSAfP6KELdBSmy with a second card.

Edit: with only one 480 mhash card pointed on 12KA96Te7pUKxZ8Jy6QntLABL946FyxvRG it lists the hasrate as 0.3728 and the reject field is empty. Coingeeks graph lists a reject of 0.01.Mhash.

Iv now pointed both cards on new adresses.

The stats on the mainpage was listing 0.45 that's why i decided to change address and use two of them.

The individual adresses are now listed as 0.41 and 0.53. So something has to have been extremely wrong in the backend.

edit: and holy crap, 111 btc unexchanged?
