Not so great payouts here. Since the last 3-4 days. I wonder if this is EU server related or just the coins we mine are not profitable anymore?  Undecided

TO be honest I have seen no stand out difference between Cg miner versions I was using 3.5.1 But now since you compiled the 3.7.2 I will be using this, hopefully this addresses the issues that were happenining

I saw a weird thing in CGminer where the shares say they have been accepted, I saw a line that said new block detected on network before long poll

Then Say stratum from pool 0 work restart
Then stratum connection to pool 0  interrupted.

This happened a few times in the last 5 minutes I started the new compile CGminer.... Is this a coencedence? Or whats happening here? I have not seen this Long poll message before Or maybe I was not looking hard enough

That being said So far I have 17000 Accepted Shares but 0 Rejected, Not sure if its too early but ye, what do you think guys with the above message that happenend a few minutes ago.. I mean I am looking at it now and its not happening now All I see is Accepted Accepted . New block detected. Maybe just a coin switch?

PS: Did you use Baksmali to decompile? What program did you use to decompile and then re-compile

EDIT: Just as I did my PS: I saw that same message again Stratum connection pool interrupted followed by New block detected on long poll Followed by  Stratum work restart requested... And then Accepted accepted accepted 1 2 3 4 435435 Etc Smiley Interstingly I dont know if its just timing but I was seeing more intterupts messages and the above I was stating.

So far 27000 Accepted Shares 512 Rejected.

not sure i just edited the file to change the time and compiled it i dont see a huge diff myself a little better it seems for my getwork failures.  You dont decompile got the source code from the website and compiled it with mingw.  Im compiling 3.5.1 with the changes now to see if it makes any diff uploaded both the 3.7 and 3.5 one i dont see much change getwork failures are a little lower for my 5870 and 6950 it seems so i guess thats good.

Ahh OK so you did this?

You changed:

Code:
const int tcp_keepidle = 45;
const int tcp_keepintvl = 30;

to:

Code:
const int tcp_keepidle = 5;
const int tcp_keepintvl = 4;

And apparently its coded in twice in the file.

So how did you compile it into Cgminer.exe

Please let me know if you notice a difference with 3.5.1

As I heard people dont like 3.7.2 this is why I have been using 3.5.1 If you could pass on 3.5.1 so I can try also it may differ from Card to card. I found 3.5.1 to have no issues what so ever with my setup.

Anyway Are you seeing abit of Pool  interupts? or has this been happening for quite sometime and I happen to just noticed it because i went to my miner and looked at it.

EDIT SORRY - I didnt notice you uploaded 3.5.1 CHAMPION!

yes i edited it in both places and then compiled it no other changes by me.  Im looking at the forked versions of cgminer by vox and wolf to see if they work better on middlecoin.

Looking at the coingeek graphs, do you think we have reach our peak hashrate for a while.... seems to be leveling out or even a very slight decline now. Hope that will allow every to become more stable and fluent again.

Ok I am now running 3.5.1 so far no Interrupts and Long poll new block messages, Have you ever seen those messages > New block detected from long pool or something like that ?, its funny because that was the first time i saw that. I was not getting any errors or anything but was getting a few Intterupts with those messages.

Anyway now So far 9 minutes on 3.5.1 compiled.. I have seen 1 Interrupt only and Not a single  - Long pool new block detected message like I was having with 3.7.2 STRANGE why only 3.7.2 was giving that message

Anyway - 24000 Shares 512 Rejected Not sure if its placebo effect and right place wrong time but Now iits showing a better flow of accepted shares seems like more than 3.7.2, Meh I think I will leave this one flowing for the rest of this cycle and see what happens.

By the way I just checked my Graph at MIddlecoin site... And this is the most Unexchanged ratio I have had in the 4 days I have been mining here, Quite a large chunk of the graph is Unexchanged. I think its possibly because of new coins being implemented.

The migrators from Hashcows are probably heading back now that payouts went out. They still didn't fix everything over there and are still in lockdown though. I'd expect a bigger droppoff once they relaunch their updated and supposedly more secure site.

Just out of interest, what do you suppose the giant spike of immature is on the 27th? graph anomaly? found a block?

i use cgwatcher and hide my cgminer window with it so i never even look at it i just look at cgwatchers stats it shows.

I wouldn't call that giant.  We've had much higher.  If anything the low immature and unexchanged lately is out of the norm.  Been mining here since earlier this year.  This is more the average behavior of the pool.  The last two weeks are the anomaly.

See this is what I dont get here your on around 600-700KH right? Your payouts are pretty close to mine and im on 2x hash rate as you @1500KH

wouldnt you think I should get double ur payouts?

http://middlecoin2.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/reports/1Ebrs5hygiN2oT7AqYJbVGPCXp6z9tuuQ2.html

Something is not right ... I am not getting any errors just the same percentage rejected as everybody else etc... I really dont get it... Seeems like I am wasting hashing wattage for nothing when I see that, is that normal ? if so why is that the case?

I meant the spike at the start of the 27th of december. The reason the graph is not scaled correctly....

Probably just a bug, the rest of your results seem ok.

Someone state a couple of pages ago, that things were all working right now so we should see a lower immature and unexchanged.

Oh sorry about that, I actually had to squint to see that hahaha

Yeah, that was around the time that h2p were fiddling with the Middlecoin servers I think and it was mentioned stats would be a it screwy around then.
