Guys if I switched to eu.middlecoin.com:3333 and its working fine, should I still switch to a different version of cgminer as specified earlier in the thread?

Also I switched to eu. Yesterday a couple hours before regular payout time and I didnt get a payout at all. Any reason why?

depends how is the stock one working for you my last one i compiled has worked great for me using eu as main and us as backup.

I've been running stock 3.7.2 all night on eu server and it's solid. 2 get work failures in the last 8 hours. Very few rejects.

haha yeah even with the disconnects the last day or so and the resultant lower hash rate, my payout is higher. Smiley

Doge coin is #1 post on reddit front page right now and it looks like we're mining doge. Hopefully this exposure gives doge a nice little bump Tongue

OK I have a question! (it might be a dumb one)
I've noticed this evening that my GPU's are running a few degrees hotter than usual. The conditions in the room haven't changed much and it doesn't feel uncomfortably hot in the room. So could the card temperatures be affected by the server? for example different coins, reject rates, difficulty, etc?

Like others have reported, I switched to eu as my primary pool today. For the past 3 days I had been getting 5-7% rejected shares across all rigs. This has now dropped to 0.5-3%. Hopefully H2O is working on adding capacity and robustness to the US servers.

you dont seem to be able to understand anything of GPU/hashing/mining basics... therefore dont ask such questions

Check your rigs fans, settings, etc. It shouldn't make a difference except for the brief drops for 30 seconds where I guess it runs cooler, until the GPU ramps back up to full speed.

I've got a question for H20...Do you have a preference or does it affect the pool in anyway as to what server we mine on?  Would there be any pros/cons for me to load balance my rigs across the US and EU servers?

Wow, thanks for that informative answer.

Maybe you don't seem to be able to understand that you don't have to be such a condescending prick.

OK, thanks, I didn't think it should make a difference but just thought I'd check anyway.

Chad

The US pool is more profitable, but has frequent disconnects. So if you have a large ping to the US server, or cgminer is unstable because of the disconnects, use the EU server. Otherwise stick with the US server.

The EU server is constantly on DOGE for the time being.

The disconnects will be fixed within a few days. They occur on coin switches, and I'll be rolling out some new code to do it cleaner.

Each day I'm paid out its significantly lower than the expected payout based on unpaid and balance values.

I'm now getting 1/4 of what I should be with a 1850Khs rig. Anyone else experiencing this? I've checked my rig and it seems fine. Its only on ~2.x% rejection as reported by CGMiner. Although I'm seeing this substantial drop each day over the past week in BTC payout. ie: 0.034 > 0.027 > 0.021 > 0.019 > 0.016 > 0.011

Here is my payout page:
http://middlecoin2.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/reports/1Giu4rWR1ZE5M8an7ceBBCYSXerSDomAeE.html

Edit: I'm now trying EU server with US as failover but as I said above, i'm not getting high rejection and infact what is reported on middlecoin seems right, but my payout is what is low...?

Haha, yeah I have noticed it seems more profitable despite the disconnects, but I am using the recompiled version that reconnects faster.

Because it's my first post in this Thread I want to thank you h2o for this nice pool. It works great for me!

Is there an explanation, why the eu server is not switching? I hope that you did not mention it because I'm not a native speaker and maybe understand not everything.

When will the eu server start to switch again?
I'm from the EU and I hoped that the profit-switching happens on every of your servers.
