CGMINER shows some numbers under [D] Display Options [Quit] you will see A: [numbers] R: [numbers] HW: [numbers] R: lower the better HW: 0 is best I'm on the US server and always have been. I'm failing over to another pool. Excuse my ignorance, but what do you mean if your HW is high? Thats only happened to me if my HW is high. Did you check that? Also, which middlecoin are you hitting? Maybe the one you are hitting is getting a bad ping or being worked on. Have you set up a failover? Having a strange issue -- wondering if this happening to anyone else: I have a 2.5 mH/s rig and for some reason middlecoin is reporting 0.5 Mh/s. I've been on the pool for weeks and today its showing less than a quarter of my hashrate.

I set intensity to 13 on my 290x, it stays at 0. If I go up to 14 or 15 HW starts creeping up. Not sure what it is, I optimized the hell out of my settings. Anyway, I managed to reduce my HW by setting thread-concurrency to 8192 but that is hardware specific. you should google what the best setting is for your rig. What does Hardware error actually mean and how can i reduce it?? in the last 4 hours cgminer says HW is 157.

It looks like we're hopping back and forth between litecoin & dogecoin every couple of minutes (sometimes every few seconds)

Thanks! Wish we would mine CMC, CIN, ANC, WDC and NEC rather than LTC! If I wanted to mine LTC I would go to an LTC pool. If you're worried about 51% a specific coin, then split up the hashing power between a couple different coins

Did anyone but me get excluded from the most-recent payout? I heard it mentioned that payouts would be up to an hour late, but my report shows a flatline on all points around the normal payout time, and I never got a payment. I'm not too worried about it since my balance is still climbing, so I assume it will get dumped into the next one, but there is a period of several hours during the "flatline" that my rig was running that it doesn't look like I got credited for. http://middlecoin2.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/reports/1GNg2V2yr63FMv16fs5udpfPrkUakBKWLW.html

(that's where your unexchanged bumped up)

The FAQ states that the payment cutoff is .001, not .01: Payouts happen once a day at 2:30 AM UTC. If your balance is above 0.001 BTC, then you will get paid. Is this incorrect? Also, what about the lack of balance climb during the data blackout? Are those hashing cycles just lost?

Is this incorrect? ... read the front page of middlecoin.com. " Payouts are automatic, and occur once a day, if your balance is greater than 0.01 BTC or if you haven't been paid out in 7 days and your balance is greater than 0.001 BTC."

Also, what about the lack of balance climb during the data blackout? Are those hashing cycles just lost? It used to be 0.001, however, H2O changed it around 3 weeks or so ago to 0.01 daily, or 0.001 after 7 days. The data "blackout" was on the front-end (graphs part) of the website... it didn't affect mining. The reason your balance hardly jumped during the blackout is most likely because you didn't have any coins to exchange then. Perhaps coins that were acquired when your rig(s) were offline were exchanged then. I experienced a fairly linear climb from where my balance was before the blackout to the next data point after graphs came back online

taken from various addresses the current average is 0.0115 btc per 1mh/day (past 2 weeks). that's quite good if you're too lazy to trade the coins yourself.

Here it says already the new correct one:
"There is no registration. Simply connect your scrypt miner to middlecoin.com:3333 with your bitcoin address as your username, and any password. Payouts are automatic, and occur once a day, if your balance is greater than 0.01 BTC or if you haven't been paid out in 7 days and your balance is greater than 0.001 BTC."

They already corrected you. The FAQ was never updated. H2O has horrible communication (Although if you look at his post history, he used to post ALL the time) Now he says running pool is his full time job with 2 employees, yet he can't be bothered to reply Unlike h2o, I'm quite bothered to reply. Why don't you just go elsewhere? How good at communication are you, if you're still here and pissing off everyone while you should be busy clearing out your name first.

Thanks! Wish we would mine CMC, CIN, ANC, WDC and NEC rather than LTC! If I wanted to mine LTC I would go to an LTC pool. If you're worried about 51% a specific coin, then split up the hashing power between a couple different coins Those coins are only profitable because of their low difficulty. The most profitable coins right now have difficulties of 2-4. Image just moving a little but of Middlecoin over, you will increase the difficulty a lot and the amount of coins you get = less than before = less profitable. The problem with splitting to different pools is how do you determine who gets paid what? I think it is pretty easy to just pay people what their hash power deserves but I don't know how difficult that would be to build. We are sticking to doge coin, lite coin, feather coin and world coin because we can move around and not increase the difficulty too much. Maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, pool has been great and h20 does a great job. To all the people complaining about the 90 btc that was transferred out, how do we know it isn't an accumulation of h20's fees?

I've lost up to 3 days of mining due to recent bitcoin crash. Still waiting to get verified on mt gox. Their customer support are awful, not even answering.
