Thanks, so let me understand this. After the first 6 months there are a total of 247million quarks, 1 year after that, there will be 248million total, or 247 + 248 = 495millions total? my guess is 248millions, but I am not clear about the language.

Doesn't that seem like a HUGGGE mistake for Quarkcoin? The few people that came on board to tinker with it at the start will literally already have about 99% of the coins that will be mined for years to come. How many miners of Quarkcoin are there?

There are 2 kinds of people buying --

1) Who think the coin's technicals and marketing is good (like people in the stock market who do market research before buying stocks).

2) People who copy others and follow the herd mindlessly.

If a decentralized currency becomes pump and dump, it's cause of 2) cause they cannot predict the future and rely on these kind of videos for advice.

You can analyze the block chain if you want details on the top 100 quark holders. You can see the first few blocks to check if it has been premined.
