I really like NEO, Dash. These two are very promising coins
If BTC technology is not improved over certain period of time - BTC will totally loose its dominance.

It's rather impossible for waves to replace bitcoin. Even can't compare both currencies very much. Waves may be more competition for eth or neo. To replace bitcoin has no chance.

Lots of people  see the Waves as one of the most undervalued assets and at the same time with good potential. I myself do not understand why they have not yet taken off, because coins on their basis are issued very regularly.

Bitcoin is undeniably undisputed in this comparison. Clearly with waves it's no match, not even close. Bitcoin is quite the currency,
waves cannot and will not replace or compete with bitcoins. It's on a different category, it's seems almost unfair to begin
with. Waves is something on it's own, it's making it's mark with it's own struggle and increases from time to time. But
bitcoins is a milestone in crytpo standard. It's so humongous that it makes little or no sense at all compared side by side with Waves.

I dont know why Waves is being compared on with bitcoin since its obvious whose clearly the winner on here which is Bitcoin.Even top altcoins in the entire cap cant even still defeat bitcoin after all these years and we do see the btc dominance on the entire market thats why i dont doubt that bitcoin would always be on the top, Waves is a good project but its not right to compete or compare it with bitcoin though.

waves a good project. but it is not similar to bitcoin. The main purpose of Waves is the decentralized stock exchange and ico infrastructure, and the bitcoin is the tool of change.

Matter of speed then universa better because universa can be faster than waves 20000 per transaction. Univers and waves willnt be able to use btc in terms of price or popularity because the btc of the community is very strong

If you're only interested in transaction speed and fees there are plenty of viable alternatives to both Waves and Bitocin, for example Litecoin or Nano

waves is a good project. but I am surprised they are still being compared. Waves was very good at btc rise. But later it was among the hardest affected. it is impossible for them to come to the same position.

This year is very challenging for bitcoin and those challenges can be compared to big waves in the ocean but the good thing is, bitcoin were able to handle those changes and is now slowly recovering.

Waves NG - has been released today making Waves the fastest blockchain in cryptocurrency.  1000+ transactions per second compared to 3 for bitcoin.  I'm tired of waiting for 3 days for my bitcoin transaction to go through, and paying $30 USD.  Bitcoin was the first and is well known with the media coverage it receives.  Usually the first coin people buy.  It's time for a new coin to take over, some day.  I think Waves is the best!

I dont understand why did you think Waves is better than Bitcoin? Although Waves is a good coin and many potential in the future but if we compare Waves vs Bitcoin then it's too lame. Even WAVES can't compare to others Altcoins like NEO, ETH, ADA about every fields: technology or potential.... so the ranking of WAVES is no. 40 on coinmarketcap.
Now and in the next five years, it's hard to find out the which can compare to Bitcoin because Bitcoin like digital gold and it will continue lead the crypto market in long time.

It is completely different, you can't even compare Bitcoin and waves. But what I really like about waves is their internal exchange where you are able to buy and sell tokens based on waves and exchange BTC and ETH into waves

A good question and best quality, We all know well that is bitcoin asset that has a potential price in the market and that we have to admit, Although many of its competitors in the exchange, As the waves bch das eth and more, but To emulate bitcoin takes a very long time, And I think it will not happen, although many once their transactions in compare with bitcoin.

Waves cannot be compared to bitcoin, it is a good coin and it is a worthy investment for those that are looking for a good coin, but waves is more similar to ethereum than to bitcoin, but in my opinion waves is trying to be too many things at the same time, it is trying to be a competitor to ethereum and it is also trying to be a decentralized exchange.

yeah, waves have a great platform and infrastructure than the bitcoin but the bitcoin is the king of all coins.waves may have a good hype in future..
