Waves could become an Ethereum competitor, but it will never overtake Bitcoins position in the crypto market. You should have in mind that every innovation invented by any altcoin could also easily be implemented into Bitcoin.

waves is not in the same division with bitcoin. waves is on light weight. and i disaggree eth is not competitor too. especially ethereum took very long way against waves.

Lol, how you can compare waves with bitcoin! it is nonsense. Waves lost my trust, I no longer believe in this project, they currently don't move on,staying on the same level and I don't know anyone using their product. The only thing I like about waves is that they have internal exchange between BTC, ETH, Waves and tokens based on Waves

I totally agree with you. I consider Bitcoin as a King of all Cryptocurrencies. And there is no chance for Waves to surpass the Bitcoin. Waves is good coin for investment and trading, but it can't be compared with BTC.

I also agree with this and I believe that Waves can not compare with Bitcoin in many ways. Bitcoin is the largest coin and the leading cryptocurrency market with the largest support community, while Waves is just a fairly ordinary altcoin and does not have many outstanding advantages over bitcoin and some other altcoin.

Between bitcoin and waves, I would choose to invest in waves, because  we are unlikely to see serious price growth or technological progress from bitcoin, and the waves have not revealed their potential yet, at the moment their capitalization is about 380 times less than the capitalization of bitcoin, which again increases their investment potential.

It was bull run for all crypto currency in dec -jan then all dumped,not just waves even you see other altcoin such as eth, it crossed 1k but dumped , and ripple which insanely rose than dumped hard.i think waves are still undervalued a lot compared to other altcoin ,it has solid and fastest Dex and great team.maybe hype is what waves lack but it will soon follow in future.

Security is enforced by blockchain smart-contracts without creating an on-blockchain transaction for individual payments. Payment speed measured in milliseconds to seconds.
