Honestly, I do not see any sense at this time to invest in Bitcoin or Waves, because this bear market will last for more than a month ..

Bitcoins value is not based on the speed of transactions. Bitcoin is a digital gold and its value based on the Name and reputation. Not only Wave's transactions faster than BTC, theare many other crypto, faster and maybe more complex from the technology view.
But BTC still the first.

Yes, of course bitcoin will always be the main and the best. Waves has good technology and certainly will make it more developed, even starting many new projects that use it. However, I think it will be very difficult for waves to pursue bitcoin, because bitcoin has a very strong community.

It would be rather sinsible if we talk about btc and eth comparsion when it comes to potential but well we do know that btc do have the biggest percentage when it comes to dominance in there

yes BTC will continue to be number 1 because BTC is the main coin in crypto. BTC will always be a black horse so fans will not recede even though there will be many good altcoins.
BTC is the best coin in my opinion holding it for a long time I think it will get a big profit. whereas riplle in my opinion is very good for trading because of its fast movements.

I doubt Waves can replace Bitcoin. Yes, bitcoin is outdated in its technologies, but It is the first cryptocurrency in the world and has a dominant influence on the market.

Waves and Bitcoin are incomparable. The world leader of the crypto market and close to no one to compare. Perspective platforms will always be in the shadow of bitcoin.

I recently bought more Waves just because the price was so tempting.  It's not that I think Waves will ever overtake BTC (it won't; not a chance); it's just that I think the price has more room to run in the next bull market.

Bitcoin has always been and probably will be stronger than the waves, and if there is a need, then the team will refine bitcoin to increase its prospects!
I agree with your opinion, of course, Bitcoin will always improve its quality when there are many shortcomings of other coins, because every coin must have more potential each. if I think bitcoin is still the best because it is the king of altcoins that is the most powerful in the market price.

Comparing Waves and bitcoin is impractical. Each coin has its advantages and disadvantages. But the fact remains: bitcoin is the number 1 coin in every sense of the word. And in the near future it will not change

Waves NG - has been released today making Waves the fastest blockchain in cryptocurrency.  1000+ transactions per second compared to 3 for bitcoin.  I'm tired of waiting for 3 days for my bitcoin transaction to go through, and paying $30 USD.  Bitcoin was the first and is well known with the media coverage it receives.  Usually the first coin people buy.  It's time for a new coin to take over, some day.  I think Waves is the best!

Honestly, these are two difficult choices, because both have moments when in very small investments profits are obtained and even changes are not seen. However, if you choose the price, then of course bitcoin is more favored, this is a coin that has been tested and proven to be the best at this time.

Bitcoin and Waves are difficult to compare, because these two cryptocurrency come from one-sided categories.
The advantage between them is of course staying with bitcoin. Comparing the two is the same as comparing earth and sky, or elephants and ants.

Yes you're right in the right up. Waves is actually doing and going great in term of its technological development. But bitcoin still has it when it comes to public awareness and public interest of investment. I believe when people get to understand waves just as much as they know ethereum, waves will possibly be over bitcoin.

In the technology department, Waves blows away Bitcoin by far.  However, since Bitcoin has been mass adopted and pretty much everyone in the world knows what it is now, it will always be King and the cryptocurrency of choice.

If bitcoin is without big capital, even though investing in coins doesn't give good results.
For waves, it will provide many benefits if the coins are given a high enough capital and can rise to a bigger price.
Maybe like that analysis and my opinion.

Obviously there will always be pros and cons in every case. Indeed, for faster transactions, WAVES is the choice, but Bitcoin is very attractive to investors. I think that WAVES is more suitable for short-term investments, while bitcoin can be for long-term investment or daily trading.

Bitcoin still has stronger fundamental because the community is bigger and this coin also possible to process amillion transaction per second when use lighting network. Bitcoin is not sleep but keep to become better crypto, and also we can see now demand of BTC is very strong, we can see this from BTC dominance more than 50% in crypto market.
