Absolutely not, There is no distinction from Zcash,ZCL or any other zksnarks implementation. So in terms of privacy there is nothing superior from other bunch of privacy coins with same feature.

It seems to me, after the sounded news about hard fork the coin of ZCL will crawl up to$ 50 apiece or even more.
If hardfor will be held as expected, the new currency in my opinion will be traded no lower than 30-50$.

Be sure there will be extremely strong decentralized technology in 5 years from now. Completely anonymous, native asset trading for any crypto out there and no chance whatsoever for government to take control.

We may see more use of decentralized exchanges like BarterDEX. It is not really used now, but it might become more popular if anonymous coins can't be traded on centralized exchanges.
