I believe you are using google translation ,because your words aren't clear at all , what i understood is why did they ask for Ethereum adress in the bounty rather than their adress ? well if that the case then it's because is not yet ready and the ethereum adress is just to make sure ,if ever the wallet wasn't released after the end of the ICO ,they will send you your tokens there.
