its impossible bro cause beggar has not enough money to buy things such as a mobile phone and to sustain data for internet.  Even their foods and perhaps that is the common problem here why bitcoin can't replace fiat because its not fair to those who have not enough money to ride what others do here in crypto world.

but if the beggar has been given a cellular phone and he's been told and explain about bitcoin then I think he can access bitcoin without a problem. especially if person which give a phone is also give some amount in the wallet on his phone to the beggars. everything could possible if they have a chance to try and I am sure that every person will try to use the chance to do something.

First of all, i think it is impossible to turn all paper money to bitcoin because not all the people in world especially the beggars, dont have any idea about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Maybe in the future, most of us will use cryptocurrencies but it will never replace paper money.

I think this is one reason that restricts the bitcoin from removing our real money, not all people does not have access to internet which is needed because it is DIGITAL cryptocurrency. Another reason is that many people especially elders does not rely on gadgets or does not use them at all,these electronics are needed to access bitcoin. I dont think that changing all paper money into cryptocurrency is not possible, what I am saying is that it takes time and adjustments for people because it will be new to them. I think it will be possible many years from now.

I think if each government or all countries change paper money to bitcoin they have remedies about it. That's why getting rid of paper money is a very long process. You cannot just change it without considering those who has no knowledge about it.

For as long as we want to help beggars to have this kind of opportunity but still as per me I can't foresee beggars holding and accessing bitcoin, what they need is a job to sustain their needs, and if they do have job already then that time they can have what they want and that includes bitcoin, if we will push them to do this it will just make confusion for them, let them have something that they can earn everyday first before anything else.

The thing is, if we are the beggars then can we be satisfied and would take risk to this kind of job? I think that would be a big problem the world will be facing if ever bitcoin replaces all the paper money. There are really lots of things to consider upon legalizing bitcoin as world's currency. I think the technology will grow fast in the future and if we think that something cannot be happen, maybe in the future, it will happen because if we are see now, the technology become an important thing for our life. with technology, our life become simple and easy and I think the technology will allow us to access everything including access the crypto. For the app "Virtual Beggar", a beggar must first have an android phone or a smart phone to receive virtual money. I dont think a beggar would have a smart phone with him/her and if so, i don't think he is considered as a beggar if he/she has an android phone. So to sum it up, i think the "Virtual Beggar" app is not really helpful at all for the beggars.

Cheapest phone with android is below 80$.
That's 8 hours of work in most western countries.

So bottom line, even a beggar could afford a smartphone.

With the current situation of bitcoin in our community, accessing of bitcoin by beggars will be costly since government must provide each person not only the beggars with cellular phones which they will use in using bitcoin. Also, a free internet connection should be widely implemented for the good of all.
