If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?
As long as the beggars can access the internet they can finding bitcoin from it. I think beggars not should to ask bitcoin from other people because we can easily get bitcoin and other cryptocurrenncy like joining on airdrop and giveaways.

I dont think beggars can access in bitcoins if paper money will gone, because they need to know how to use internet and gadgets, but how they will know if they dont have that? Soni think it will not happen.

I think beggars can`t because even basic needs are hard for them to afford how much more for gadgets? That is why cashless society is impossible.

Yes your right, beggar can access bitcoin when someone helps them to access to it. Without the help of the other people who are knowledgable about bitcoin beggar will not have the chance of holding bitcoin.

Perhaps the techniques and ways of beggars also evolved to keep up with the times. by building a community that contains a database of all beggar members complete with poto profiles and paper wallets. just select the photos of beggars on your smartphone. and want to donate to the beggar  Cheesy

Like you and I and many others, all of us learned how to adapt to this technology. Just take a look at our old fellows. They don't know how to use cell phones, but because it is a necessity, then they learn how to use it.

Same as in Bitcoin, if all the money in the world will be gone and bitcoin will be used, then everyone will learn how, including beggars. Take note, gadgets that could connect to the internet is now getting cheaper and cheaper, so probably they can afford to buy one in the near future.

There must be some knowledge and Internet access to use bitcoin.

Not only beggars, but also poor people living in remote areas cannot access the Internet. I agree that bitcoin is not the solution to ending world poverty.

Beggars can easily access bitcoin if they want, many gadgets available in low price that beggars can afford, even beggars can access bitcoin if they are interested to access bitcoin. Bitcoin is free to all people who wants to access, but not totally all people are willing to access bitcoin, there are some people also are not interested in bitcoin.
.. Yes this is possible if the beggars had knowledge to access the bitcoin through online, But in reality all beggars can do nothing because in our time  as a new era is more on using some kinds of technology , internet and electricity matters that would involving a lot of money.  I think we could help them through teaching what we had learned about bitcoin because they need guidance.

Thats why it is very imposible that bitcoin will be the global money because not all persons ingage themselves to computers.  Not only beggars cannot use bitcoins but also our grandparents and disabled persons. But there is also a chance that beggar access bitcoin if you sincerly educate them but surely it will take all tour time.

Well as it will imply for them to have access to digital wallets, digital exchange platforms, bank accounts, documentation etc I don't think it will be possible. This is only achievable if there will be a low cost and more accessible way to exchange the currency.

I think they should know how it works they should know how to transfer it,
So they could use the bitcoin that has been donated to them to buy some food's or what ever they want.

I think it cannont be use by everyone. Because we all need to have access in the internet so that we can use bitcoin. For me i don't like bitcoin to change paper money.

There has been the case of a Beggar who has displayed his BTC address and he has received quite a lot of money like that. I am not sure if the image of him is the one portrayed in this Twitter account, but it could be:

Changing all the paper money to bitcoin would take many many decades to come. This isnt going to happen just tomorow. This needs a well thought plan and regulation of cryptocurrencies, acceptance of such cutremvies worldwide and co-operation of respective cou trues governments.
Such a hypothesis is not apt for now because bitcoins are not completely legalised and you are talking about wiping away all paper money for bitcoins.

Also if ever in future such a transformation takes place, the time will be such that nothing like a begar would exist at that time. If paper momey is to be scrapped and bitcoin has to be the global currency, the development and technology would be at par. In such a situation, when every transaction would be over bitcoins, undoubdetly every rich or poor, everyone would have bitcoin as per their capability.

Anyways such a thing is not going to take place any soon.

Bitcoin is an internet based and all of its transaction is done digitally, so if the beggars access bitcoin then they simply prepare the things needed like computer connected to internet and a digital crypto based wallet.

I do not think beggars can have interest to think where to get gadget that can connect to internet to access bitcoin.  They are busy in thinking where to get food for them to live in a day.  They can access into bitcoin if they become interested to learn about it and start earning. Even the people that want ro help them prefer to give paper money rather than bitcoin.

bitcoin can be used if bitcoin holders have internet access, and also understand about internet technology.
I never saw a beggar holding a smartphone or going to an internet cafe. so bitcoin will not be useful if given to the beggar.

I think this is very rare in everyday life. However, if that happens, maybe fiat with them is the best. They may not know how to use bitcoin.

It's not that far that the beggars keep an atm card reader machine with them to receive their donations. So, I think it might also be possible when there's no fiat money, the beggars will provide a way to help them with their own crypto coin account. Best wishes for the beggars, may they not stay beggar for long.
