Did anyone saw this? Almost $17.91M Pre Sale tokens sold in few hours. I guess this ICO will end in a week. Lots peoples are much interested in this ICO.

The interest is quite high with the telegram group buzzing with activities 7899 members to be precise messages popping up every second. I hope the Ico last a bit so i can carry out a little research first.

Do you have any information about the bonus in the pre-sale? I see the bonus for the first part of the tokens of the main-sale will be sold with a 20% bonus but didn't see anything about the pre-sale.
As mentioned on main homepage there showing bonus % wise. Almost 20% bonus are finished now entering in 15%. Some peoples are unlucky to missed this 20%.

It is great to see a team of experts working together. To be able to do work for large clients is pretty impressive. what really caught my attention is the large clients involved. I doubt those clients would have chosen polyswarm if they weren't great at what they do. This is a nice read from MCafee https://securingtomorrow.mcafee.com/business/can-blockchain-cybersecurity/ that mentions swarm.

The project is flying already, raised over 21million.

I don't believe there is any bounty at the moment for Polyswarm, it will be interesting to hear from the team regarding this as I would love to be part of one for this project.

I think I remember seeing a post about registering for a bounty but the link leads to a token sale? Perhaps after registering?:

This sounds like an amazing ico i did not understand it that well but after watching this video https://youtu.be/Gt8mYAwApuk that is also available on their website https://polyswarm.io/ i understood it much better go check it out.

Thanks for sharing this, i'm still try to get a full understanding about Polyswarm project, after watching this video i can say i now understand this project to a certain level will read the whitepaper when i've got the time for further understanding.

Not only that, they also have an interesting bounty. If you want to participate, you have to register in their website as well. Check this... https://tokensale.polyswarm.io/

But if you haven't used IPFS before, please make sure to forward port 4001 to your IPFS daemon.

The most amazing part about this project, its doing everything in a silent manner. No airdrops as far as I know. No social bounties like all other ICO. In this case, this is the exceptional project. but still raised 21 mil USd already. Since we have 28 more days for the ICO closure, I am sure they will hit the hardcap sooner than that date.

Interesting read there...

"where are the cybersecurity blockchains?  Let’s take a look at an interesting approach to Threat Intelligence leveraging the blockchain and see how it stacks up to the list above.  Swarm (https://swarm.market) (not to be confused with Swarm – the distributed storage and content distribution network) is a decentralized security marketplace that aims to connect end users with security experts" culled from the article

And this part explains the incentives that's plan by polyswarm project and how they intend to go about it

"In the most simple case, anyone can submit a sample through Swarm and ask “Is this malicious?”.  They can also post a “bounty” for the resultant information.  A security expert examines the sample and earns the bounty by submitting an assertion about the data"

very interesting information. I can well imagine that then there will be a polyswarm application for the PC and I can easily initiate a test with a right click on the sample

Thanks for sharing this info. Its good to see Polyswarm already focusing on this area. But I would like to know how polyswarm product will work? I mean they are developing software or hardware or something else?

Check this out. This is the short intro I got about Polyswarm. This is also answering your question completely or partly.

PolySwarm brings enterprises, consumers, vendors and geographically-diverse security experts together into a single marketplace for more complete cyber threat detection. Experts craft and maintain competing software “micro-engines” that quickly identify the latest threats, attempting to outperform their competition. The combined protection of thousands of microengines allows for broader, faster coverage and more efficient protection.

The market is a vibrant one, with over $8.5 billion/year but the fact still remains that 70% of threats are going undetected and cyber crime damages expected to double by 2021 and reach 6 trillion USD dollars, with Polyswarm coming into the picture and providing solutions, things are expected to change, as you can see from the stat that's a multi billion dollar market, with readily available clients

In addition to the above stated facts about serving an already available client, they also seek to put consumers first that is you and I in the integration of the polyswarm project by providing users with  timely  access  to  broad, crowdsourced security  expertise to ensure that users always stay safe in their operation around the blockchain

I don't think thats the bounty in the way your expecting.

"Bounty Manager: a collection of contracts for assessing threat via Bounties" - April 2018

I believe the above is what your referring to, and basically is part of what will drive the actual Polyswarm, basicallys its the incentive for security experts to use polyswarm to submit and report security vulnerabilities and actually make use of the system.

You have to remember Polyswarm isn't just a random currency crypto, its a platform for security experts to have incentive to find and share security vulnerabilities that are found to help integrate the IT security field.

Or thats how i understand it, so i don't think they were referring in any way to things like social bounties or anything like that. Which i sort of like as it means they are giving away less tokens and the tokens will maintain their high value after the coins full release to exchanges.

I like the Project Name, sounds cool. I hope the team is as cool as it's name and bring this project into the cryptospace with intention to compete against bigger Projects. Will definitely invest.

For sure the team is amazing; they have a good track of running a business they even ran projects for big names like DARPA and Homeland security and many other company ranked under the fortune 500/100. If this did not attract you not sure what will.
