I think it will be good if you plan gpu mining in the future, I like the beginning with just cpu but mostly miners and investors will be more interested in.

No, please upgrade to php 7.2, the 7.1 version seems to lack argon2i. (updated requirements now)

0.25 transaction fee seems pretty high IMO. I would imagine if the currency is $1000 a transaction would cost $2.50... I mean better price than Bitcoin but still pretty high.
