How Windows miners modify the default 4 thread Roll Eyes

If you'd like to mine with more cores, simply start the Auto-Miner.bat again.

What's going on??? Aropool hashrate rapidly increased from 40kH/s to 750kH/s. Is it real? Somebody with more than 10k CPU connected to the pool?

I hope that Arionum blockchain has an adaptive algorithm. Otherwise, with this Pool Hash Rate, it will quickly increase the difficulty.

At the moment Aropool hashrate is above 2 MH/s. It equivalent to 20000 your E5 2680v2 CPUs! How it can be? Or hidden new miner version appeared or ARO became GPU-mineable?

To the Devs

I think you need to explain how we mine this coin properly, and gets some 3rd party miners developed.
Looking at the current pool hash rate, with only 403 miners, each miner would have to be pushing over 5000H/s, since most miners seem to be around the 50-100h/s per rig, each miner would need 50 rigs just to hit the average, so all i can conclude from this is you've either been hit by a bot net (which could kill the coin), or some one has developed a much more efficient way to mine this coin. (unfortunately suspicion always falls to devs)
Either way, until you come forward to help the community, i can see no reason for anyone to try and mine this coin in its present format.
Shame cos i make a point of trying all new algos...but this is currently pointless.

Disappointed

Looking at the difficulty of 229162702 i suspect it is true...doesnt really matter, at that level of diff not worth mining anymore

The hash rate is self reported and that's why the total number is so high
Check the shares as that's all that matter. Devs are really struggling to make everything work perfectly, that reported hash rate is just a small issue.
NOTE that this coin is 3 weeks old and already has a LINUX/WINDOWS miner, GUI Windows wallet and a pool. Also, it is developed from zero.

The hash rate is self-reported, meaning some miners tried to report a fake hashrate to the pool. This does not affect the mining or how the reward as split, it's just a number we show for convenience.
If you check the largest miner at this moment, he has 7831 hashrate and 19.39% of the total historic shares. This would translate in the total of 40.386 H/s or 40KH/s. This would be the real hash rate at the moment, which hasn't changed much since yesterday. The average hashrate for each miner is 99H/s atm.

There is no way for the pool to know your hashrate for real, unless you report it to the pool. But you can always check your shares and compare.
Keep in mind that hashrate is never counted in shares split, funds allocation or anything. The shares matter and the shares are given just for real, verified  and sent work.

1.) Take some time to read the ANN (pertaining to a third party miner).
2.) Read the post directly above your post (pertaining to the hash rate).
3.) Help is readily available.

Come on -- we are not building rockets...

1). read the ANN several times over
2). read - still looks like a bot to me
3). Have asked for the mining process to be explained, and more specifically what parameters as a miner i can affect to obtain a higher hashrate (as in 10x higher looking at the pool hash)

Rather than point out the obvious, what exactly are you trying to tell me about the 3rd party miner, and the hash rate?

If you read the posts above i am not the only one who thinks the hashrates seem rather low

Not sure why you are being so difficult.
I am simply agreeing with others that the mining is not very easy, or transparent.
With a Ryzen 1800X  i am achieving 33H/s, considering it is the highest homeuser processor i think its a ok starting point. If i open a second instant i get the same , if i open a 3rd, then all 3 drop to 25h/s, so i can have a total of 2 x 33h/s or 3 x 25h/s...neither comes close to 100H/s
Having mined for over 24 hours i have zero balance, and zero pending balance, yet if i check the forum there is already someone selling 10,000 ARO for 100 USD.
So looking at the figures, either i am doing something very wrong (yet i manage to succesfully mine over 100 other currencies ), or someone has found a much more efficient miner...
I am not looking to be critised, rather i am seeking help to find out why on such a new "CPU" friendly coin there appears to be such a massive disparity already.
If you can offer any genuine help, it will be greatly appreciated...simple things like, with 100h/s how much is a miner likely to earn, over what time period...

I've had a look at the "3rd party miner"...unfortunately, although the instructions seem, okish i havent managed to successfully install all the dependencies and therefore cant try that miner yet...if any one has found if makes a huge diff, please let me know...win 10, wont run the "mvn -v" command for me...
