How do you mine this? Within the wallet itself, or there's a special miner software?
Have some idle CPU power, might give it a try...
Thanks.

You can mine in the wallet or there are a choice of miners -

It seems at first glance, the development is going well, slowly following the plan. But still very weak support from supporters and the community. I would like to see more interested people. As there is a contest already ended on 5 may?

Oh i am very interested in this coin, testing stuff and mining since day 0,. or day 1 however u call it haha.

The problem i have now is buying, i dont like the website where its on now (octaex). Crex24 or something would be a good start (small exchange but i trust them).
I like everything about this coin so i am supporting by mining this coin with everything i got. But i also would like to buy so i can increase my wallet balance, however, not on octaex. For this i would like to see this coin on crex24 at least.

U can calculate by urself, get the buy price for 1 coin, buy-price * total current supply and u have the marketcap.

I think because octaex got no connection to coinmarketcap, and it must be based on an exchange price (for what i know).

Exciting! The community accepts the project with a fixed fee of 0.25% on all transactions.
But perhaps the problem is the speed of payment?

Confirmation time is only 4 blocks so at the most no transaction should take longer than 16 minutes

Unless of course you mean how long it takes for miners to get paid their ARO, in which case most pools are minimum 10 ARO payout, which can take time, especially if you have low h/s

Having no mac wallet and no mac miner is keeping a substantial amount of people from this project. Not sure how four or five months in there isn’t even a mac wallet. This isn’t the 1990s. A substantial amount of people use macs exclusively now, and have no interest in ever loading up windows again.

The easiest way to tackle this at the moment is by installing the Windows wallet in VirtualBox. There is also a Mac C++ miner that is comparable to the Java miner available -

Time for a new exchange Cheesy Octaex seems to be down for hours now and no message/information.

And about the mac wallet, i see on the frontpage that the linux and mac wallet is the next step in the roadmap. All the previous points are all worked out as promised in a short time, so i dont see any problem about an linux/mac wallet soon?

And yes it would be nice for the few mac users, however, mac users always scream about the software what is only there for windows. If u talk about the newest videogames like BF1, COD WW2 or whatever, nothing is for MAC and that have a reason: almost no users in compare with the huge amount of windows users. But again, the good thing is, this small team will create an linux and mac wallet. A company like EA with millions of dollars dont care.

And hey, there is also an Android wallet, maybe he can use that one till the mac wallet release? Android wallet works good.

A listing fee has been submitted to our next exchange, we are just waiting for listing confirmation.

As for the Linux/Mac wallet, the Linux GUI is currently being designed and hopefully released this month, the Mac wallet should follow in the next month
